Hailing from the talent hotbed of Manchester, Motiv is quickly developing a solid reputation for creating some of the most distinct drum and bass in the game. Spanning the full spectrum of the genre, Motiv is not limited to one sound or style; yet has developed a signature brand of funkadelics. His impressive releases regularly rocket up the charts and have been highly reviewed and regarded by some of the main players in the scene.

Born in Konya in 1974. Acid house, 1987, was his first step into electronic music. He played at various local radio stations and parties between 1994-2005. Currently he does not actively play as a dj but he is a devoted follower of electronic music. He likes to play and listen to techno, dark techno,hard techno, drum&bass, jungle, drumfunk, hardstyle, gabber, speedcore, breakcore etc..

Once I had the idea to create a music blog ,which would be allocated to the fact that its main goal is to collect together the many official podcasts from the best in my opinion Drum and bass labels. 

Thus came to light the music blog, which is called:
