when you are engaged with something you love you feel alive. we already alive. we just have to feel it devoted to something - people do many external things that mask or counterfeit what's alive in you

you are thinking thousands of thoughts a minute. you can't control them. but you  pay attention to where you aim them. 

what do you want to create?  what are your dreams, ideas and get you really energized?

this type of coaching is different. there is no agenda. look to where I am pointing. see what you cannot see this is transformative coaching.

really take the time to get beyond ones goals and problems. look at the nature of mind and though. help people see their own genius in their thoughts. 

there is no pressure or stress in the world - only thought.  most of what we fear are imaginary dragons

as a coach you can only share what you see. point to something that is true. 

it's possible to change the world without being angry at it or with hatred. these are fast fuels. they burn out quickly. they leave damage. the best change happens through loving distruption.
