TRANSCENDANZ 1 w/ Epoché

The thirteenth MCR Podcast recorded by Orco (Lex-Or).
Was recorded live at Barraca Vision Festival in Valencia.

Orco (Lex-Or) is a collector since age of 14, he starts his collection linked to the world of rock, hardrock, metal and punk, starting its journey with its first label on the year 2008 with "La Crisalida Records", from this time begins to soak up more sounds synthetic, as well as dark with post-punk, death rock, after punk, and starts with sessions like this in small pubs in the city of Valencia. He was on Flexidiscos Recordshop for a couple of years, before closing. His electronics journey began nine years ago with sporadic sessions in these same electronics clubs of the city, close to EBM sounds, dark-synth, minimal-synth and minimal-wave. Their sessions are usually quite eclectic, mixing eighties sounds with current themes, like him djset at Volumens Day festival on January of 2018 mixing dark ambient with electronics.

He currently runs since 2017 Fill-Lex Records, a label based on the vinyl and cassette editions of sounds close to the EBM/Dark Techno, passing through darkest Electro and Minimal Synth.

His first ep as a producer "Lex-Or” was released on Soil Records in September of 2019. Fill-Lex Records released his first "LP tape" album last year. A few songs of him are published in compilations from the spanish labels like Industrial Complexx, Syntax Electronics or Eclectic Reactions into 2019-22.  Several clubs have seen their plastics turning, in Madrid, BCN, Vitoria, Bilbao or Valencia. Now is focused to run Fill-Lex Records and his productions.

Coast2c es el alias con el que Sofía presenta su trabajo como productora, diseñadora de audio, DJ y creadora de sistemas modulares. En esta última, ha profundizado como tallerista de síntesis en espacios emblemáticos como Super Booth en Berlín, Synth Library en Praga y Portland, Hola.Wave en México. 

La sensibilidad al techno de Coast2c habita en sus DJ sets, podcast, dos EP publicados por Gestef Records - Machine Music, Human Dance (2023) y Vault (2021) y remixes para artistas como Edgar de Ramón, Ross Harper y Theus Mago. 

La mezcla de géneros que Coast2c incluye en sus sets y producción atraviesa por un espectro de sonidos que incluye techno, EDM, acid, experimental, industrial y música de máquinas. Siempre inspirada por la intrínseca relación que existe entre el humano y sus máquinas para crear.

Coast2c, artista multimedia especializada en música electrónica y síntesis modular, con una trayectoria que abarca más de dos décadas de exploración sonora. 

Su enfoque es crudo, directo, y profundamente hipnótico: ya sea sumergida en su sistema modular o detrás de los decks, Coast2c construye experiencias sonoras que alteran la percepción, desdibujando los límites entre lo físico y lo mental. 

Su sonido fluye entre el techno más cerebral, el drone envolvente y texturas industriales, incorporando breaks, acid house y dark wave en sets que atraviesan distintos estados emocionales. 

Ha publicado música en sellos como DURO, TUTÚ Records, Ransom Note, City Wall Records, Blankstairs, Gestef Records y Krater Music, y su propuesta ha resonado tanto en la pista como en espacios de escucha profunda.

Coast2c no solo produce música: la descompone, la reconfigura y la convierte en una herramienta de transformación sensorial.
