i was on my way home, listening to this beat by @weirddough
he's an amazing producer, been always inspired by his stuff.
this beat is originally called "chocolate milk" and i just looped the first part.

so yea i was on my way home and i started to write down some thoughts and i already had this melody in my head. i always end up posting stuff so spontaneous. it was like two takes.. nothing big. could've done better but i didn't feel like redoing this. wanted to keep the moment. it's very personal.

(some of you might get this wrong, the first verse is not about me thanking another person, its about another person leaving without a gesture of gratitude)

today i got mad at my landlord and had nowhere to escape so i decided to escape into this song for a moment. its obviously a different version and not supposed to be like the original. hope they wont take this out. nothing mixed up or anything, just me and my mic and broken laptop and my headphones broke too while recording. but at least no bedbugs anymore. just kidding i'm a 100% sure they are everywhere.

Raised in a musical family, Cocoa has worked with Grammy Award-winning artists and producers such as Dr. Dre, Anderson .Paak, Busta Rhymes and many more. Lending her song-writing skills to television’s Academy Award-winning director Lee Daniels, Cocoa has been performing since the age of two.
