COD3 QR wants to remain free of all expectations and all prejudices because only one thing counts: the music, The Music, THE MUSIC in every shape and form!

In case you missed the announcement 013 artist reveals were: LOIS, Works of Intent, Marc Romboy & Tamar Halperin, Som.1, Voltaire, LB a.k.a. Labat, and Carlos Nilmmns.

Previous releases have included tracks from the likes of Mirko Loco, Ursula Rucker, Agents of Time, JoeFarr, Nicolas Bougaieff, Madben, CYRK, Biz, Sagitario, Kmyle, Marco Bailey and rising talents Joaquim Plossu, Loloman, Prequel, Athven, City 2 City, Unspent, Oniris, Clement Mirguet as well as label owners Scan X and Laurent Garnier themselves.

COD3 QR's profile is steadily growing as a label releasing quality music. With music being the main focus, you'll have to wait another 2 months to find out who is behind this latest release. The curiosity continues…

3 : Create space and time in your life for the new positive things to manifest. Its very easy to get in the grind and hustle and becoming busy in taking steps to make something happen, but you must also create the space and time in your life to let those new experiences come in. Time to enjoy and smile at those small experiences which make our life beautiful. 

4 : Give before you can receive. This derives from step 3. You need to give away whatever is occupying your time and space to receive something new. So, whatever you are hoarding, let go. Whatever you are clinging to, let go.

5 : Gratitude always. Always and Always thank you the universe for whatever comes into your life. Do not reject, embrace it. With open arms. Everyday is a blessing of that creator to experience something new in this life, embrace it.

6 : Raise the vibration in and around you.  Meditate, exercise, smile, and keep the things inside and outside in your environment clean and positive. Play positive energy music in the house and office.

7 : Miracles do happen. Trust the process. When you are ready to receive, you will be amazed how everything in this journey panned out and conspired to manifest your inner desire.

There is a certain innocence to be found in Theo Kottis' music. And there is also one hell of a positive vibe flowing through his tracks making listening - and of course dancing - a pure pleasure. It's no wonder that the London based DJ & producer from Edinburgh who runs his own label BEAUTIFUL STRANGERS is playing regularly at places like Berghain’s Panorama Bar, Glasgow’s Sub Club or Edinburgh’s Cab Vol. 

This innocence and positivity can be found in Theo's first outing for LIVE AT ROBERT JOHNSON as well. Let's start with the first track and the first day of the week: »Monday Monday«. Uptempo, uplifting and not upsetting dancers with a mighty bass drum and this typical 90ies organ sound made famous through a lot of house tunes of said decade.

»Slow Times« is indeed a bit slower than »Monday Monday« but a lashing hi-hat, frenetic keyboard stabs and some mighty drum and bass action make up for tempo as Theo truly creates a monster here. We guarantee you definitely WON'T have a slow time on the dancefloor with this one.

»Swing« again features lots of 90ies reminiscences, yet in a very subtle and gentle way. Sure it swings, but though taking a »softer« approach this track succeeds in getting our attention - it's perfect for the early morning hours as well as for warming up a long long night.

With last track »Wisdom« Theo explores a more darker universe. It's heady vibe gives food for thought - and food for feet - because of course you can strut on the floor to »Wisdom« as much as you can while listening to the other tunes. Well done Theo!

'For twenty years, Dynarec has been pushing the boundaries of electro on some of the best known labels. Little will his listeners know, there is another side to this prolific French producer’s machines. Speakwave is a lesser known, and heard, moniker of this analogue artist and the debut vinyl release of this nom de plume is set for release on Bordello A Parigi. Fans of the Dynarec sound are treated to the same wonderous compositions and melodic structures with something else added. “Cartographic Venture” is a ten minute introduction to this new style. Crisp drum patterns support cold flourishes and stabbing synthlines before distant vocals arrive. The track balances the frostier edges of electronics and wave to create a lonesome and longing synth pop ballad. “Coming On Monday” has a different energy. The pop element of the predecessor remains, lyrics are vocoder dipped while confident key shifts are countered by strong rhythm patterns. The closer, like the 12”, defies definition. Burbling notes and sharp snares give an edge to “Exposition To Revolution”, but there is also a more inviting nurturing side coming through in the spiralling skyward melody. A release that shows another fascinating side of this multifaceted musician.'

Bonus digital tracks come from Subground_3000 once more, plus some melodious Techno from Oliver Way & Dany Rodriguez.

Started this song in August then hit a major block. I started again in November but realized it just wasn't sounding god enough, so I started over and this is the product.

This song really means quite a bit to me. Not only is it my best (and longest) song, but it holds some emotions that I haven't quite been able to convey up until this point.

Thank you all so much for constantly supporting me, hopefully you'll all enjoy Saudade as much as I do <3
