Following recent appearances on Permanent Vacation, Mute and Correspondant, Terr makes a triumphant return to Phantasy with a deeply dreamy new single, ‘Wings of Time’. Marking Terr's third appearance on the label, and her first since 2019, 'Wings of Time' is complimented by a momentous remix from Tornado Wallace.

‘Wings Of Time’ serves to underscore Daniela Caldellas’ talents as both a producer and performer, a songwriter and a master of dancefloor atmosphere. Terr’s assured vocal performance once again takes front-and-centre, a warm beckoning light through a journey made of shimmering pads, wistful chords and defined by a powerful sense of groove. An instrumental edition further highlights the arrangement, which resolves with rare, cosmic catharsis.

Tornado Wallace appears to stretch the time Terr sings of on his elastic, tunnelling remix, grinding out every inch of tension and detail from the blueprint, expanding minds and widening eyes in the process. While Terr’s original will likely send dancers to the heavens, Wallace reverses the energy source for an unexpectedly bass-heavy interpretation that generates a different, earthier pleasure.

Local Suicide (@localsuicide) return with the third of four remix EPs for their debut album, 'Eros Anikate', this time named after the ancient Greek god Apollo.

The Greco-German DJ and Producer couple are known for their wild fusion of new wave, acid, slow techno, EBM, and dark disco and have been driving live audiences into a frenzy across the globe with captivating performances and live sets. Their propulsive grooves have earned them the title of key figures in the up-rising dark disco scene, as well as overwhelming support from the music press worldwide for their releases to date. Their debut 'Eros Anikate' comes after 13 EP releases and is the next step on their journey to a worldwide cobra wave and techno-disco takeover. The album includes selected vocal features and collaborations from Lena Platonos, Curses, Theus Mago, Kalipo, Sissi Rada and more, and received immense support from the likes of Mixmag, Spiegel, Tsugi, Faze, Inverted Audio, Sonic Seducer, Starwax, Side Line, Ransom Note, Groove, The Sun, Kaput Mag, Electronic Groove, Deutschlandradio Kultur, Lifo, Spotify and Apple Music.

'Eros Anikate - Apollo Remixes' is a 4-track EP featuring a remix for 'Whispering w/ Curses', 'Moustache w/ Skelesys', 'Like Follow Subscribe feat. Hard Ton', and 'PHD In Apology'. The EP will be released digitally and as a limited and numbered clear 12” vinyl via their Iptamenos Discos  (@iptamenosdiscos) imprint on November 18th, 2022.

The EP opens with a remix of 'Whispering' by the legendary, Berlin-based duo, Adana Twins (@adanatwins). Since their first big break in 2012, the duo have established a sterling reputation, constantly refining their sound, pushing the boundaries of their musical ambition and evolving organically over time. They are driven by a deep-seated desire to transmit emotion through electronic music, merging Benjamin's love of hip-hop and Friso's passion for club music to produce a series of highly-regarded releases that form the foundation of their global success. As they've grown, the duo have channelled their love for electronic music into their platform, TAU, providing a creative space to expand their sound while also discovering and nurturing new artists, including Local Suicide, who previously released on the label a few years ago. Their remix of 'Whispering' strips back the synths and guitars, placing the bass at the forefront to drive the track while Curses' dark, 80s-inspired vocals dance among Dina's echoing whispers. Local Suicide collaborated with New York born and raised artist Curses to reminisce on the wilder and sexier times of the ‘Spaghetti style’ wild west films they watched in their youth, literally putting the ‘wild’ into the ‘wild west’.

Joyce Muniz’ unique transatlantic tastes marry perfectly as she teams up with LA’s club queen, Kim Anh for a new release on Berlin’s Gigolo Records entitled Give Me The Taste.
Joyce Muniz has risen slowly but surely thanks to her tireless pursuit of excellence, savvy studio skills and killer DJ sets which have seen her hold down multiple radio residencies for Vienna’s FM4 and London’s Rinse FM. Remixes for Paul Simon, DJ Hell and Claptone, alongside collaboration projects with Namito, Hannah Holland, and Jazz crooner Louie Austin show Muniz is as multi-talented as she is razor sharp focused with more to come in 2019.

Both Muniz and Kim Anh have worked tirelessly in the underground to find parity and equality for women and the LGBTQ communities. Indeed, Anh is already established as a proficient producer, event curator and businesswoman; remixing Sam Sparro in 2012 and working with House royalty Eli Escobar, Roy Davis Jr, and JT Almon thereafter. This single marks the official beginnings of a fruitful collaborative experience.

Based deep within their shared love of all things classic and house, ‘Give Me The Taste’ remembers a time of endless possibility when finding a spot on the dance floor and grooving til sunrise was the ambition of every young girl completely enamored by House music. Pounding 909 kicks and skippy hats underpin the rubbery bassline which powers this homage to a simpler time forward. Anh provides the dark sexual overtone with her vocals, acidic touches and melodic nuance provide a classy sonic backdrop elevating the track beyond the obvious and into deeper, more refined waters.

Available in full vocal, dub and instrumental versions, ‘Give Me The Taste’ is an example of just how power House music can be.
