Codec 992 returns with a straight 4 tracker by MIJkE on their fourth release "Tokei Shikake" built to last. 

MIJkE kicks off "Tokei Shikake" with the EP's title track, a moody stomper drenched in reverb that surprises with a fresh sounding acid line halfway through, evoking memories of the last minutes of an intense warehouse rave. 
The rest of the tracks keep expanding on these themes: "Taimuran" is a stripped back bigroom bomb, while "Rasshu" ups the energy further with its gnarly, overdriven acid sounds, brutal kicks and menacing pads. 

For the EP's conclusion, Kaiser remixes "Taimuran" and twists it into a loopy, spaced out acid-techno cut, bringing back the energy of classic 90's techno classics.
