I recorded the ambient audio in Berkeley, CA on Telegraph Avenue at a 4 way intersection very near where you would walk onto campus. The crossing beeps were always slightly in sync with some reverb and delay in the sounds. I got people walking by talking and also asking a few questions what I was doing and in the end a giant tricked out car roared by. It's fun when you get these moments when you hear the backing track for a tune and it just comes together. I recorded this on my iPhone and cleaned up the audio with Mauvio.
