Returning to Code Red in collaborative form is label boss Marcus Schossow. After the renowned 'Amsterdam' and 'ADA' our chief has teamed up with no other than Eugene Prendi and Dirtywork providing you with 'Cartagena'. 

Whilst the record is the cummulative sum of three creative talents, it has the characteristics of the trio. Hence it's hard to miss out on this noteworthy title and be sure to denote the release date in your agenda!

It all began in 2011 his passion for the world of electronic music. At the age of 18 he began his career playing in Teen and Private Social Parties, always with a lot of objective and professionalism where his pleasure was in seeing the audience getting involved in a single tuning with his sets.

“If you want to do something good, you have to do it yourself”. 

It was that belief that led @marcusschossow to begin the Code Red Music project in 2015. Based upon the concept of having talent meet talent, the label’s values as both an institution and record company were quickly acclaimed by many.

In Marcus’ words, “we wanted to create a place where our musical dreams can run wild”. A core value of this belief is to “speak to each other daily, seeking to help and assist wherever possible”. Not in the form of a constitution or set of rules, but creative freedom.

Code Red is focused on the musical journey and experience. Here, we value charts just as much as discovery. At the core of this journey is interaction. Through the shared vision of Marcus, our artists and our fans, we aspire to expand our quest for musical freedom and friendship.

Friendship is an important construct, and this involves you. Through interviews, tutorials and feedback sessions, we at Code Red want to hear your thoughts and help you improve your music. We want you to become part of this shared belief, and “have the options to create what we really want to do, without anyone telling us how”.

We want to you get know you just as much as you want to get to know us.

Victor y Marco (Urchaga & Araiz) nacidos en 1990 y 1992 respectivamente ambos de Borja (Zaragoza), se interesan por el progressive a la temprana edad de los 12 años, en los que escuchaban a gente mítica como Dj Chuchi, los Jumpers Brothers, URTA & Navarro y como no a los aragoneses de la tierra Alex y Giro, que entonces residian en la mitica sala SEVEN.

En el 2007 quedan en sus ratos libres para pinchar, pero es en el 2008 con su programa de radio, Hardhouse Inside (107.0FM), en que definitivamente forman la pareja. En sus sesiones se puede encontrar Hard-Dance, Progressivo y Poky con pinceladas Jumpstyle, Hardstyle, y Hans up.

Son pocas las salas en las que han pinchado como por ejemplo Basik Tech-Club / System Dance Club (Cintruénigo, Navarra), Basico Dance Club (Caspe, Zaragoza), Botanic (Tudela) Rever (Belchite), La Diosa (Zaragoza) o la tan quería para ellos Bolera (Borja, Zaragoza) en la que han organizado varias fiestas con su compañero y gran amigo Carlos Antón, además de organizar un gran festival en 2008 (Winter Festival) en la carpa de su ciudad natal (Borja) en la que dieron cavida a mas de 700 personas, en 2009 alcanzaron la cifra de 854 y en 2010 han llegado nada mas y nada menos a las 1200 batiendo todo los records.

Han compartido cartel con dj's de la talla de U.R.T.A. & Navarro, Alex y Giro, Dj Marta, Dj Toñin, Dj Juandy, Dj Nena, Ismael Lora, Borja DB, Miguel Serna, Raúl Soto, Javi Boss, Javi Crecente, Paco Rincon, Frenchy Fresh, Isma Nordic Dark Fx, Dj Naz, Javi Bass, Dj Sisu entre muchos otros….

Sin duda a estos dos dj’s nos les falta motivación y ganas para realizar unos set's que hace bailar a la gente y quedarse con toda ella!

26, listened to electronic music since I was a teenager. I started listening to EDM when I found out about Ultra Miami Music Festival, however, I have grown to love techno and other genres. My favourite music festival is Creamfields in Daresbury, Cheshire.
