Evening, Wednesday, Black Rock City 2014. Led by Paavo and Tony of Above and Beyond, bathing in the lavender sunset, we practiced an hour of yoga with Elena Brower. We gathered, strengthened, listened and received the gift of quiet. We landed at home in our own hearts. This class reminds us that we are never alone, and that no matter where we are, we are on the path, and right at home.

Wonderful people enjoyed the summer from its most beautiful side under the old giant trees of the city park with colourful lights and beautiful sounds free from all the constraints. Welcome to the second Volume of "Unlocking the Doors of Infinity", a series of sets I am creating to help you go deep into your yoga and meditation practice! In this volume I invited my beautiful sister Hannah Cunha share some words to help guide you into your practice and into infinity. Hannah is an amazing human, yogi, and yoga instructor, famous for her wise words in her yin classes. Here are the words that she had to share for us in this episode:

"Notice the breath

Allow the breath to awaken what is often a dormant sense of curiosity we have when it comes to the body

The body now becomes our direct portal to presence

As the breath continues to move the body, what we do matters less than what we notice

Allow breath and curiosity to keep you bound to what can’t be seen

Layer by layer, breath by breath, we’re guided in, in the form of a slow unravel

Embodied movement asks the question: how much of myself is here right now?

Breathe fully into the rich, complex, dynamics of that answer

As you settle into stillness, let it remind you of who you are when the doing stops

Whatever you noticed along the way,
now is the time to fully, utterly, and completely fall into all of that"
