In this release they've collabed again with New Zealand talent including Woody, who is new to the Section 8 roster, and also including JabZ MC who was featured in the previous 'Back to Basics part I' track released in 2016 and 2015's New World Order' vinyl release. This LP represents a culmination of styles with the signature dark and gritty feel that Sick Cycle brings to the table. This release comes just after their recent single 'Deep in the Woods' which hit digital outlets in January. 'Hammered' is set to land on all digital outlets on May 1 with a release party in Christchurch now in planning....

The second cut see’s Aries team up with long- time partner Gold Dubs, who as a pair they have featured on influential labels such as Co-Lab, Pure Vibez and Sub Slayer. This experience as a duo shines through on the original of When I’m With You. A floating horn line and recessed beats come in front of a snarling, loud bassline. Vocal samples and sharp effects fill in the gaps, but attention will be on that bassline, front and centre.

Just to introduce myself - it's Code from Subtle Audio Recordings. I'm based in Limerick, Ireland. My first love musically is D&B and Jungle but I like and play Techno / Dubstep / Electronica too.
