Clownik (João Madeira), was born in Portugal on january 1st of 1994.
The interest in music started since he was young, when he began to hear rock and heavy-metal music, until he discovered psychedelic trance music trough some older friends.
When he went to his first eletronic party the interest in production appeared and he began it by the age of 16.
His music is characterized by minimalistic arrangements with well-defined grooves and futuristic melodies.

Founded in the 21st century, Code Vision records was started as a means to release cutting-edge dance music that doesn't necessarily fit the norm of what most people come to expect of an indie net label. The company is mainly dedicated to the promotion of innovative electronic music in genres like Psychedelic Trance, Progressive Trance, Goa Trance or whatever sounds interesting to our ears, you can be assured of a first-class listen.  

We aim to promote artists that make music with a soul, with or without a mainstream concept in mind, but for us club and outdoors compatibility is an absolute must.  And because we also care about the environment, our releases are only available in digital format, so we give our contribution to the preservation of the planet.
