Hot on the heels of the A-Sides Volume 5 compilation, Enrico Sangiuliano makes his return to Drumcode with his highly anticipated EP ‘Moon Rocks’. The heavy hitting four track EP shines a light on Sangiuliano’s tight, thundering production skills. The hoover heavy lead track ‘Moon Rocks’ is packed with booming percussion, intricate synths and brooding crescendos. The EP encapsulates Sangiuliano’s wide spectrum of sounds ranging from the fat bass line of ‘Moon Rocks’ to the more delicate harmonies shown within the ‘Dutch Kiss’ mixes whilst ‘Ghettoblaster’ sits somewhere in between.

Continuing their peerless assault on the techno world, !Organism welcome a new addition to their ranks in the form of Rocco Caine as well as Gocaine, aka Caine and Andreas Kaufhold. His originals are complimented by a Mark Morris remix and all in all make for yet more fascinatingly functional sounds. 

Caine is a detail obsessed producer from Germany whose vast discography takes in fine labels from Drumcode to Get Physical. Deeply intense and always with frantic bass, his tunes are no-nonsense affairs that arrest whole clubs with their atmospherics.

First up here he pairs off with Andreas Kaufhold as Gocaine and together they come up with ‘Orpheus’, a loopy and freaky number with trippy synths, sweeping filters and lots of white noise all adding to the white knuckle ride. Dark vocals repeating the track’s title only add to the darkness. Caine then goes it alone for ‘300 Years’ and over ten minutes builds up a stark and arresting techno vision with brash drums, icy hi hats and searching synths spraying across the horizon that suggest all traces of man have been wiped out in his sonic world. 

Long established Italian Mark Morris is a real minimal master, and it is he who remixes ‘300 Years’ to that end. He strips it back to a rugged drum line, injects some frosty synths and a spoken word vocal up top and leaves you alone on a sonic spaceship that is heading into the abyss. 

The brilliant ‘Devon’ then rounds things up in unsettling style, with brooding bass and encircling synths all heaping on the pressure and paranoia. 

All four tracks ooze real emotions and atmosphere here and will bring any floor under their various spells with ease.

Drumcode favourite Harvey McKay returns to the label with a darker new sound.

The Glaswegian has been a regular contributor over the years, highlighted by the memorable ‘The Illusion of Control’ EP in 2014 and his newer work with brother Ryan under the Alias moniker. Earlier this year Drumcode released the duo’s ‘Pentatonic’ EP and featured a mix on Adam Beyer’s radio, which included ‘Black Dolphin’, kickstarting the hype on the track.

Named after the infamous Russian prison, the title track is dark, tough, deeply textured brooding affair, with a menacing touch than runs through its core. McKay then brings in a huge synth line and changes up the dynamic of the track, giving it a powerful and driving feel. ‘Retox’ is a dark and twisted heavy-hitting cut, driven by aggressive drums and bassline, while a hypnotic synth line sustains a sense of tension throughout the six-minute track. Concluding the package is ‘Cover Up’, a fantastic stripped back exploration into dark atmospheric techno territory that’s tailor made for the winter warehouse raving season.

Tiga - DJ, singer, producer, radio maverick, man of eight talents -- unleashes his brand new single 'Plush' December 17th via Different Recordings / PIAS.
Taken from his non-stoppable new mix CD Tiga Non Stop, the single was co-produced by Matthew Dear, starting as a freeform jam session and ending as something that works equally well as an underground club anthem and literally everybody's track of the year. It also features what Tiga is privately calling his greatest vocal performance to date.
"'Plush' was inspired by 80s dance TV shows like Pelvic Gold and The Bandana Patrol, as well as my undying love and respect for the city of Detroit," says the Montreal musician from his home in Montreal. "It's the first of what I know will be many collaborations with Matthew Dear, a sort of musical friendship bracelet that will bind us unto eternity."
As is the custom in contemporary dance music, Tiga handpicked and handpaid UK legend Jacques Lu Cont and German duo Ame (Kristian Beyer & Frank Widermann) to create two remixes of the new track. March the 13th meets great techno producer - Andrea Signore to join CODEX Family!

Between 2005 and 2012 and after several release on the best techno labels at that time under the name of "Stephane Signore" like Rotation - Primate - Planet rhythm - Monoid and many more.

Andrea had the chance to work his studio with the "Drumcode" genious from Brazil "Wehbba" and the french producer who don't needs any introduction "Olivier Giacomotto". From both collaboration, born several ep played all over the world during many years.

During almost ten years, most of his release were played by the "big names" and Andrea had the chance to play in more than 30 countries and beeing resident dj in the Hungarian number 1 techno club "M47". In 2012, Andrea took a big decision and gived all of his energy as Hip Hop beat maker for several French and US rappers.

In June 2018, Andrea made his return in the techno game on several labels like Tronic, Alchemy with a remix of the classic "Mauro Picotto-Lizard", Orange recordings and many more. In November 2019, Andrea release the "Muse EP" on Orange recordings, the Steve Mulder imprint. Two months after the release, the track "Omnia" is still number 4 in the Top of the Beatport techno charts and number one in the
Hype techno Charts.
