We are a band from Nottingham that formed in May 2012 at Clarendon College. We are all passionate about Music as we study the subject together. 

We learn all sorts of covers and also have a few originals on the way. We have been very lucky starting out as we have the opportunity to perform on Sneinton Market Square on the 28th June as the Olympic Torch relay continues. Since then we have played a vast number  of gigs including local hot spot the Maze as well as a large number  of local pubs.

Black Volga is a band form in 2013 Ontario Canada. They are a four piece hard rock, grunge pop punk band. Shayne and Chris were former band mates in a local metal band. Due to some issues the band separated. In an attempt to salvage some guitar skills Shayne met Luke. Luke re-kindled the interest of guitar again and they started creating new songs. After not finding anyone to jam with Shayne and Luke decided that it would probably be best to play in a cover band just to play shows an have some fun. They approached Chris and he was in. So the three started a 90's cover band. After a few sessions they realized they had some potential to write their own music and make decent hardworking rock music. With this in mind they started writing their own form of modern rock. Catchy guitars, and moody atmosphere to heavily distorted guitars and thundering bass. They want to bring a sound that has been missing from music these days. Not too mention adding elements of groove, and hard hitting, precise drumming from Nolan the band was now complete.
