Drum and Bass

This song started off an a strictly ambient song with long, drawn out reverbs and little riffs here and there from the bass guitar. As I continued to go for the loose rhythm ambient style, I began to hear something new in my mind that I absolutely had to put together. As I chased what I heard in my mind, I came to this conclusion. I am extremely proud of how this one came out.

Fading

We dive deep and “Immerse” ourselves in this breathtaking oceanic score.  This patient introduction gives one space to find themselves, as we open us to a wide open expansive view where panoramic tic tacs dance across the vast soundscape between our ears, layer upon layer envelopes and surrounds us until we’re completely intercepted by shimmering melodies and low end vibrations.  One to sit with and listen to over and over.

VALE returns to its origins with the Autism Awareness fundraiser compilation Awareness Vol. II. This Bandcamp driven charity release will be available in full on World Autism Awareness Day, April 2. “Range” started as a late-night sketch during my final month of high school, written in a moment of burnout. What began as a rough idea turned into a heavy, synth-driven drum & bass track with a memorable, driving flow. After getting strong reactions at major summer festivals, it quickly became one of my most asked-about tunes.

this flip happened really spontaneously when i saw that little simz just posted acapellas on her soundcloud (huge respect for that). i picked mood swings for the flip because of the cool rhymes and the way she flows on the track, i wondered how it’d roll at 172 bpm.
