This mixtape is a tribute to one of my favourite video game composers of all time, Masafumi Takada (born 1970), former Grasshopper Manufacture composer and founder of Sound Prestige Records. He is best known for his unique soundtracks for Grasshopper Manufacture games including "Flower, Sun and Rain", "killer7" and "No More Heroes". He also produced the soundtracks for Spike Chunsoft's "Danganronpa" franchise (i.e. three video games and one animated series) as well as music for Nintendo games including "Super Smash Bros. Brawl" and "Kid Icarus: Uprising". His music often experiments with elements from many music genres (e.g. pop, rock, jazz, electronic, hip-hop, etc.) thus making his style widely varied.

This tribute mixtape features songs taken from seven different soundtracks (all of which Masafumi Takada worked on) and mixes them all down to one seamless, exhilarating seven-minute soundscape. This was mainly produced to celebrate the recent Japanese release of "Absolute Despair Girls: Danganronpa Another Episode" for the PlayStation Vita.
