Having demonstrated his credentials as one of the finest exponents in the progressive side of trance, Canadian rising star Solid Stone gears up for his debut album with an important piece released as a single, entitled Pushing Up.

The Montreal native signalled his intentions for a groove-laiden album with double EP Profound and Get On My Vinyl prior to Christmas, and with Pushing Up he collaborates with one of trance's distinguished voices, his good friend Jennifer Rene. The result is outstanding, with a deeply, darkened composition which will set the dancefloor firmly in motion inside the dark confines of a club.

To back up the original, UK brotherly duo Arkham Knights are recruited, and their infectious combination of tech and trance come to the fore again, taking Pushing Up to the peak festival ambiance.

With both versions receiving extensive support from label owner Markus Schulz, Pushing Up will possess a broad appeal with the mixes on offer. Whatever choice you make, it's one that will do the business.

As Solid Stone proudly became the first artist responsible for a full album on Coldharbour Recordings through the release of Introspection, one track in particular captured the immediate and long-lasting attention of fans worldwide - the dark yet touching Heart Call.

While Moscowvite label @lisztomania_records is known for a classic style of deep house, they're not afraid to show a little diversity. This new 'b-side', as it were, from fellow local @arthurkazarian is a wonderfully hazy slab of broken beat, laced with the same classy electric piano chords you hear on the label's other releases plus pleasing stabs and vocal cuts. It's a very '90s, French electronica vibe, Cassius' first album sort of thing, which is always welcome.

Andrey comes with a deep house, broken beat infused original titled "Subaltnor". This is something that hints at the edges of the sound we release, with an original feel and fusion of sounds that leave you wanting more. 
The first remix comes from a collaboration between Spring Reason & Below Bangkok. They have reimagined this track for a more beach vibed mood, letting you melt into the mellow vibes. 
The last remix comes from Alvaro Hylander who turns up the groove while providing a simply deep yet mellow groove throughout. Yet again proving you can never know quiet what surprises he has in store. 
Overall this is the sort of release that hits all the edges of the deep house scence, leaving you wanting to hear them all again.
