The newest VA welcomes new artists to the fold including Portugal's Robert Hoff, Spain-based The Unborn Child, as well as fellow Sweden's Lakej who is known for his for his works on Adriana Lopez's Grey Report, Psyk's Non Series, Lewis Fautzi's Faut Section and Edit Select to name only a few.

For this DT:Premiere we selected "Looming Presence" that's a wild and raw analogue trip. Powerful and huge, the outstanding, stuttering synth effects fill the airwaves like a devilish storm brewing reeking of darkness and haunting tones.

In the modern world where musical dystopia has cemented itself in common please, CTSD has stepped up to deliver a 4-track EP of proper, adult-Techno music.

After debuting on the label with his juggernaut track ‘Algorithmica’, the aptly named ‘Vortextual’ EP delivers a sonic landscape that's embellishing his status as an artist of immeasurably sonic capabilities. This time, with a full body of work to display, he is giving us a masterclass of unconventional and forward thinking sound design across all 4 tracks. 

Beginning proceedings with ‘Three Fires’, the EP cuts straight to the point, force-feeding the listener into a commanding and hard-hitting aural experience. As the main source of inspiration for the EPs title, the track primarily focuses on stretching and bending modular recordings and using synths with vocal characteristics and flavour. This theme continues throughout the EP, manifesting itself in ‘Death By Drums’, ‘Dress To Compress’ and ‘Bowl Of Teeth’, purveying a sense of warping time and space.

In true Renegade Methodz fashion, the ‘Vortextual’ EP focuses on unworldly, futuristic sounds made by a true sonic renegade.
