In their debut on Jardineira Records, From House to Disco delivers a vibrant, high-energy EP featuring two original tracks and an exclusive remix by the label's founders, Seed Selector and Giorgio Menegatti.

Gonna Get Over exudes a contagious optimism, driven by a pulsating groove that channels the refined, danceable spirit of From House to Disco. The bright, shimmering synths serve as an emotional extension of the track, building tension that seamlessly transforms into pure, electrifying energy, especially when paired with breakbeat rhythms.

Blissful Moments, the title track of the EP, seamlessly fuses the infectious energy of '90s house with psychedelic undertones, crafting a one-of-a-kind sonic journey. Deep basslines and a vibrant piano lay the foundation, while immersive soundscapes oscillate between introspective moments and expansive euphoria. The track unfolds organically, evolving from a subtle tension to a euphoric moment, perfectly embodying the essence of its title.

With Broad Spectrum EP, Somersault delivers the third statement on his newly minted label, Alltalk—a home for genre-blurring club music that doesn’t quite sit still. Following the success of the imprint’s first two releases, this EP sees the Wollongong-based producer returning to his house-rooted core, channeling the quirks, psychedelia, and emotional depth that have made his sets and productions so distinctive.

Track 1 – Rock
Sleazy, shuffling and full of personality, Rock opens the EP with a confident swagger. There’s a distinctly UKG flavour running through its swung percussion and RnB vocal textures, but the arrangement twists in unexpected directions—off-kilter, yet danceable. It’s a perfect example of the Alltalk ethos: playful, unpredictable, and unconcerned with genre boundaries.

Track 2 – Broad Spectrum
A long-standing fan favourite in Somersault’s live sets, Broad Spectrum rides a hypnotic, rolling groove that nods to his bush doof roots—psychedelic and trippy but firmly locked to the floor. The title is a neat encapsulation of the track’s mission: wide-reaching, open-ended, and radiant with colour. There’s a clear line back to early Fuse London minimal here, but filtered through Somersault’s own, expansive lens.

Track 3 – Gather Round
Closing the EP on a high and heartfelt note, Gather Round was written during a one-month stint in Berlin in 2024. Uplifting, driving, and steeped in the textures of early 2000s progressive house, this track is a call to the floor—a literal gathering point for dancers. Warm synths, layered percussion, and a propulsive rhythm section build toward something both intimate and anthemic.

With each release, Alltalk continues to sketch out a space for music that’s unafraid to look backwards while boldly pushing forward. Broad Spectrum EP is a celebration of range, rootedness, and the dancefloor in all its forms.
