Music runs through Declan Kelly’s blood. With an Irish father and a Maori mother, herself a talented musician, he was encouraged to learn the drums and guitar at a young age. He’s aligned himself with some of the greatest Australian musicians we’ve seen, plying his trade with The Beefs (with Alex Lloyd) and The Bondi Cigars, before releasing his debut album Tales From The Neighbourhood in 2005 with support from the late Andy Glitre.

It is easy to see why Declan has gained the respect of fans, media and esteemed colleagues such as Bernard Fanning, Katie Noonan, Bobby Alu, Kasey Chambers, Eugine ‘Hideaway’ Bridges and more, through his authenticity and spectacular musicianship.

During the 2020/21 pandemic, Declan put aside touring plans, and spent the lockdown period back in the studio. The first single and title track from his new album, Headlock encompasses the insecurities of having to navigate through these unprecedented times.

Ras Sparrow, born Eloy Carrero in Caracas, Venezuela and raised in Miami, is a reggae and dub musician, singer, songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist. Known for his spiritually charged lyrics, analog-rich dub soundscapes, and global grassroots presence, Ras Sparrow has carved out a distinct place in the international reggae scene—guided by Rastafari and powered by self-reliance and artistic vision.

From early on, Ras immersed himself in music, recording on a 4-track tape deck and learning guitar, bass, drums, keys, and percussion by ear. Though he grew up surrounded by blues, psychedelic rock, Latin, and hip-hop, it was reggae that claimed his heart in his early twenties—ushered in by what he describes as a spiritual awakening.

"I didn’t choose reggae music—reggae music chose me. It was given to me as a guiding light during a time of confusion. The uplifting message, the prophetic words, the rhythm… it became medicine for my soul."

With this conviction, Ras Sparrow committed to using his music as a force for healing, upliftment, and peaceful resistance. His unique sound blends deep roots reggae and dub traditions with his diverse musical upbringing, resulting in a style that feels both classic and timeless.

Now based in Santiago de Chile, Ras continues to produce from his home studio under his independent label, Ras Sparrow Records. Alongside his wife and musical partner La Makeda, the duo has toured internationally—most notably two highly successful tours of Brazil in 2015. Since then, Ras has assembled a full band featuring top musicians to deliver his signature sound live.

In recent years, Ras Sparrow has expanded his artistry into Live Dub Mixing, a performance style that brings the studio to the stage. Using a blend of analog-style effects, hands-on controllers, real-time automation, and his signature sonic textures, Ras transforms each show into a unique, spontaneous, and deeply immersive dub experience.

Unlike a traditional concert, his Live Dub sets present Ras not only as a musician but as a sound sculptor—deconstructing and rebuilding his tracks on the spot with delays, filters, reverbs, dropouts, bass transformations, sirens, and rhythmic reshaping. Each performance becomes an improvised journey through roots, steppers, and heavyweight dub, driven by instinct, spirituality, and pure energy.

This new format has quickly become a defining element of his artistic identity, captivating audiences from Argentina to Chile and resonating strongly with the global dub community. Ras Sparrow’s Live Dub sets bridge old-school King Tubby–style spontaneity with modern digital precision, showcasing his evolution as a producer and performer.

Over the years, he has shared the stage with reggae legends including Israel Vibration, Alpha Blondy, Midnite, Groundation, Kymani Marley, Anthony B, Winston Jarrett, Dezarie, Don Carlos, and The Wailers, among others.

This is a musical project that involves the coming together of Slightfoot (production and music) and Deb Winter (lyrics and singing) in a project titled Liquid Bomb Squad.

The rest of the album consists of a mixture reggae infused chillout style tunes with the occasional dubstep drop, some out and out reggae and a tiny bit of ultra modern jazz!

Jamar Rolando McNaughton, using the moniker Chronixx, has ignited a torch in people's hearts the world over and is confidently lighting the path for an entire generation of youths to rediscover roots and culture.

Born October 10, 1992, Chronixx was musically nurtured from an early age by his father, the artist Chronicle, and grew up surrounded by the likes of Burro Banton, Norris Man and Gregory Isaacs. This was before 'Little Chronicle' benefited from the mentorship of Danny Browne with whom he recorded his first tune in 2003. His remarkable ascension in the music industry was in full effect when he began harmonizing for artists such as Lutan Fyah and providing production assistance for tracks sung by Konshens, Munga Honorable, Popcaan and others.

Today, Chronixx is a respected artist in his own right after his career was stimulated by the unfortunate passing of both his blood brother in 2007 and his brother-in-arms, Lil' J.O.E., in 2010. He decided during that period of grief to bypass the difficulties of a young producer seeking external talent by, instead, channeling his energy wholeheartedly as a vocalist. Thankfully, early and unwavering support was received from Zincfence Records producer Romaine 'Teflon' Arnett, who was the first to urge Chronixx to sing the lyrics he was writing for others.

The first EP, Hooked on Chronixx, was released in 2010 and immediately put the budding artist on the radar of music lovers and industry heads alike. Among its 7 tracks, 'Start A Fyah,' 'Capitalist' (featuring Infinite) and 'Behind Curtain' stood out as a fan favorites, reaching far beyond Jamaican shores. Meanwhile, 'Warrior' became Chronixx's first official video and served to alert many more to his arrival.

Chronixx toured for the first time in 2013 when he went to Europe with his own band. Soon afterward, he bestowed a name upon this carefully assembled musical crew: Zincfence Redemption. Altogether, their fascinating stage presence has elevated the Chronixx experience to new and ever increasing heights.

Also in 2013, he and his team were Jamaica's only representation in Nairobi, where he performed as a Peace Ambassador ahead of Kenya's general elections. The next year, he found himself in New York City where he participated in a reggae and jazz series together with living legends Ernest Ranglin and Monty Alexander. By this time, Chronixx had established new and renewed working connections with Sly & Robbie, King Jammy, Leroy Sibbles and, again, Danny Browne.

The Dread & Terrible Project was released in April 2014 with seven tracks plus three dub versions, immediately topping both the Billboard and iTunes reggae charts. Neither an album nor an EP, the Project also includes a short film based on one of its tracks, 'Rastaman Wheel Out.' The film was directed by "The Guru" Ras Kassa and has received high critical acclaim. The hit single, 'Here Comes Trouble' can also be found on The Dread & Terrible Project.

With so much accomplished in so short a time, the world is bracing for greater wonders from this young man who walks with an old soul. For Chronixx himself, music is a mission and history is being made everyday still.
