Osirius é um projeto idealizado por Haru Carvalho, que começou suas atividades por detrás das pick-ups em 2013, dando início também a produção de eventos como: CF Rock Fest, Afrochegue, Som na concha I e II, Pvt Hyperion, PVTrance, etc., sempre com intuito de fortalecer a cena local e trazer a diversidade da arte para região. Em 2014 apaixonou-se pelo psytrance, onde começou seus estudos na música eletrônica e deu origem ao coletivo Piemonte.
