__M.A.T.E.A.K.U.__was my first soundcloud account and the beginniing of this journey which I'm glad exists.....Jungle and the amen break with its punchy sound difficult drum patterns and dynamic drum sound was why I wanted to sample drums and the rest is music programming (daw) A Late discovery as I started drumming and teaching myself with a new source of loops and patterns to push myself at.......Blah blah brothers and others I only barely know we love the rythym so represent....:0

Soon to become a staple as one of So.Cali's true turntablist's. All I gotta say is read the party reviews after this guy throws down, Kid B's been into the scene for well over 15 years now, with multiple cd releases and winning several dj battles, this man is destined to destroy all decks from now and beyond. Just recently He knocked out Three Records for  Sound So Fierce Records!!!, This man has Dubplates to go allnight long trust me when I say, this man is going from strength to strength.If your looking for some one who "PUTS" on a show, rather then plays at a show, Kid B's ya man. Catch him live is truly a inspiring performance, if you love it on a ragga B-Boy tip.... KID B...you've been warned. 


Have been a long time follower of many forms of electronic music ranging from ambient drone to freaked out Warp/Rephlex techno. I have a special fondness for all things breakbeat based - oldskool hardcore, jungle, drum & bass, hardcore breaks. I have been an avid vinyl/CD collector of these genres for many years, despite being utter rubbish at mixing.

As of February 2014, I made the leap from listener to producer after a good bit of prompting from Leonized (https://soundcloud.com/leonized) to pull the finger out and give music making a bash. I have been heavily inspired by artists from the 1993-1994 darkcore jungle-hardcore period. Especially the likes of Ray Keith, Bizzy B, DJ SS, Nebula II, Jungle Buddah, Chaos & Julia Set, and DJ Mayhem. I'm still at the very early stages of stringing samples together to re-create that oldskool hardcore/jungle sound, but am looking to get better at each track I knock up. :D

Any advice and comments are most welcome, and if you enjoy my tunes, then I've done something right! :)
