College Music's fifteen track original compilation entitled 'PhonoSynthesis'. The project explores the relationship between sound and nature (Phonograph // Photosynthesis) and releases on 25th October, also featuring the likes of Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith, Jon Kennedy, Prefuse 73 and lots more. Musically speaking, the project defines as 'Psychedelic Ambient', inspired by the likes of Mort Garson's 'Plantasia' - analogue synthesis interwoven with live, acoustic instrumentation and no drums throughout the entire project. The project begins and ends with solo harp, and in-between the listener is transported on a carefully curated journey through synthesised and acoustic soundscapes alike.
