'College Music Presents: Back on Track' is a twenty nine track compilation featuring original music from artists and producers the world over. 'Back on Track' aims to act as a beacon of hope after a tricky few years across the world. College Music Records have carefully selected a wide range of artists to feature on the project, spanning from UK, America, Europe and beyond. The end result is a wide array of uplifting vibes, from instrumental beats and jazzy joints to euphoric vocal breakbeats and lo-fi house, featuring the likes of Tennyson, Cookin Soul, Athletic Progression, L'indécis, edbl and a lot more.

The artwork itself, done by the incredible Doug John Miller (http://instagram.com/dougjohnmiller) reflects the journey from the darker, lockdown days to present day and beyond, where things are looking far brighter. We aimed to represent this positive shift in the music selected within the project, hoping to offer a glimmer of light to people in their dark days.

The project title ' Back on Track' reflects how things have come off the rails in the past few years, but that better times are on the way, and as a collective, we are gradually getting 'Back on Track'.

"Rooftop Thoughts," the latest album from a collective of Alicante's jazz luminaries - MrAnthony, Dani Catalá, Carlos Porcel, Ramón Riera, and María Ivorra, invites you on an evocative voyage. This ensemble has invigorated the local music landscape with their refreshing blend of lo-fi ambiance and classical jazz elements, delivering sounds that echo the serene beauty of Spain's twilight hours.

Anchoring this creative venture is MrAnthony, an innovative producer, beatmaker, and mixing maestro, whose rhythmic genius lays the groundwork for this auditory odyssey. Alongside him is Dani Catalá, a maestro of keys, synths, and strings, together they weave a complex harmony that comforts and stimulates the senses.

Following two lead up singles 'why not?' and 'more that!', we are excited to share Nosmoh and Foli's joint 4-track EP 'timing is everything'. Two incredible producers and instrumentalists in their own right, this time they're bringing friends.

College Music's fifteen track original compilation entitled 'PhonoSynthesis'. The project explores the relationship between sound and nature (Phonograph // Photosynthesis) and releases on 25th October, also featuring the likes of Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith, Jon Kennedy, Prefuse 73 and lots more. Musically speaking, the project defines as 'Psychedelic Ambient', inspired by the likes of Mort Garson's 'Plantasia' - analogue synthesis interwoven with live, acoustic instrumentation and no drums throughout the entire project. The project begins and ends with solo harp, and in-between the listener is transported on a carefully curated journey through synthesised and acoustic soundscapes alike.

Originating from the Netherlands, Just Big Hills blends lo-fi hip-hop with 
soporific guitars and eastern influences. This is the first extended play
release for Just Big Hills, yet his sound is already extremely sophisticated and mature. The five track EP beautifully conveys emotion and character, through simple guitar ris and melodies, complemented by elegant lo-fi rhythmic accompaniment.
