Originally from Minnesota, I have called many places home. From the deserts of Arizona to the fjords of Northern Germany, I find myself growing ever more curious about the world around me. This music captures the emotions felt and lessons learned during my time abroad, and I hope it gives the listener inspiration to fulfil a dream. "Ylikoski" was the family name of my Finnish ancestors, who shortened it to just "Koski" (means 'river' in Finnish) when arriving in the US.
