The excellent UK based producer Andy Forbes makes his way back to our Progressive House Worldwide label and the PHW Elements division with a stunning 2 track EP. 

The release is a tribute to his dad that recently passed away and of course we would be more than honoured to bring his music out to the world about his process dealing with this during a tough time. This is his own words about the release:

“I started writing 1957 while my father was ill, which helped me remember all the amazing memories and how much of a happy spirit he was. Hopefully this reflects in the track with its happy melodies and uplifting breakdown.
Nirvana was created when my father had passed and it really helped me through the grieving process. The sounds are more down tempo as I wanted a more relaxing and peaceful sound, which helped me believe he has gone to a better place with no pain. The meaning of Nirvava is a transcendent state in which there is neither suffering, desire, nor sense of self, and the subject is released from the effects of karma and the cycle of death and rebirth.”

We also see both Mauro Masi and Reiklavik taking part in the release, rebuilding 1957 and contributing to the release and giving their vision on Andy Forbes original ideas. We absolutely love their remakes that just oozes class all over, don’t miss out!
