Artem Stolyarov, known as both ARTY and ALPHA 9, has earned millions of fans worldwide and filled some of the most coveted clubs and festivals on earth. He arrived at Anjunabeats under his ARTY alias over a decade ago. 

Artem later looked inward and found renewed purpose as ALPHA 9, the alias under which he’s explored his true musical identity in recent years. Focusing on the progressive trance that he fell in love with as a teenager, some of Artem’s standout moments as ALPHA 9 include ‘Before The Dawn’, ‘Stellar’, ‘Skin’, and his faithful update of Above & Beyond and Zoë Johnston’s evergreen classic ‘Good For Me’.

In January 2023, the debut ALPHA 9 album emerged. Entitled 'New Horizons', the album has already amassed over 6.4 million streams and is an enticing look at the ALPHA 9 project to date and where it's heading next. Tracks from the album took centre stage during ALPHA 9's Group Therapy 500 set at Banc of California Stadium, Los Angeles, and during his 'New Horizons' album tour across North America.

A key component of Artem's emergence on Anjunabeats as ARTY, 'Zara' was released to great fanfare in January 2011. By now an Anjunabeats classic, 'Zara' helped define the sound of the label. UK producer CSV returns to drop another cybernetic banger aptly named "Concrete Jungle." Existing simultaneously as ambient-techno and sci-fi soundtrack, the organic drums in this tune will hit you like the titular concrete. "Concrete Jungle" immediately starts with granular foley and dark soundscapes, before grotesquely mutated drum-breaks begin unfurling like a rattlesnake. Searing acid synths and blasts of distorted bass whip up a feeling of post-human dread.

Ukrainian breakout talent Korolova remixes Kasablanca’s ‘In Sequence’. 

Acclaimed electronic duo Kasablanca follow up the release of their second EP on Anjunabeats, ‘Lucid Audio’, with Korolova’s remix of ‘In Sequence’. An homage to 90's rave music mixed in with Kasablanca’s contemporary melodic techno sound, the original mix received support from the likes of Armin van Buuren, R3HAB, Above & Beyond, Cosmic Gate, Shane 54 and many more.

Kasablanca exploded onto the scene in summer 2020 with their collaboration with Lane 8, ‘Run’. What followed was a dream run: their debut album ‘Human Learning’, a Juno Award-nominated collaboration with Bob Moses in ‘Afterglow’, and joining us at Anjunabeats to release the ‘Immunity EP’, as well as remixing Above & Beyond’s ‘Black Room Boy’ as part of the ‘10 Years of Group Therapy’ celebrations.

The duo recently completed their ‘Am I Dreaming?’ tour, which took them to eight sold-out venues across North America, plus festival appearances in Brazil and India. Their live show (best described as Justice meets Queen meets Stephan Bodzin) is more comparable to a full-on performance like a rock show than a typical clubbing experience, replete with Prince-esque swagger and an extensive rig of analogue synthesizers on stage. Next up for them: supporting Above & Beyond at their sold-out Printworks London takeover, and joining our Anjunafamily pilgrimage to the Gorge for Group Therapy Weekender.

Ukrainian DJ and producer Korolova boasts over 875k monthly listeners on Spotify and has released on Shen, REALM, Island/UMG, Ultra, Black Hole, Get Physical, and Armada. She racked up over 10M streams on her 2022 track with Spada, ‘Be Strong’, and amassed over 100K streams on her recent single ‘Lost In Space’ with Franky Wah within its first two weeks of release. Her tracks have been supported by the likes of Tiesto, Pete Tong, Nora En Pure, Vintage Culture, Guiseppe Ottaviani and beyond.

Jessie Marcella gives her latest track ‘Mother’ the slowed + reverb treatment.

Jessie’s always been drawn to deep, emotive soundscapes. She’s classically trained in the clarinet, and felt particularly drawn to the likes of Sigur Rós or Ralph Vaughan Williams, even as a child. Marcella’s love for dance music and breaks began when she studied digital music production at college, and her music production course at university, which reignited her passion for classical and ambient music. Her work cleverly weaves neo-classical and dance music, creating a tapestry of work that is so uniquely Jessie.

In 2022, Jessie released a collection of solo EPs on Reflections, titled 'Untitled' and 'Untitled Pt. 2' that showcased the ambient side of her artistry. Since then, she has seen an incredible trajectory, pulling in over 3 million streams across her releases whilst garnering support across BBC Radio 1 (Jaguar & Sian Eleri).

'Mother ' comes as part of the ‘Luminescence’ EP, which features 4 evocative and emotive tracks that seamlessly traverse the lines of neo-classical and ambient music, exploring the transformation of our planet and our environments caused by human activity. Three of the tracks on the EP (Luminescence, Earth and Mother) feature live strings that were recorded by Up North in Manchester earlier in the year. Nils Hoffmann shares the next single, and title track, from his forthcoming album ‘Running In A Dream’. The single is a collaboration with Swedish producer Kasbo and features vocals from Australian singer-songwriter Vancouver Sleep Clinic.

Moulded by German electronic music culture and his own classical training, music has always been a part of Nils’ life. Embarking on his musical journey at the age of 16, Nils swiftly gained a wealth of experience to draw upon. To date, the 27-year-old producer has amassed over 120 million streams on his music catalogue and performed at renowned venues, including Printworks London, the Brooklyn Mirage, and The Gorge Amphitheatre.

Nils’ forthcoming album, Running In A Dream, follows the release of his sophomore album, A Radiant Sign, which launched on Anjunadeep last year.
