Sydney born, Los Angeles-based producer, Craig Williams, maintains a prolific 2014 with the two-track EP, It’s Not Enough.

The new offering from the Australian Techno maven sees Williams teaming up with powerful songstress, Kaleena Zanders, for the vocal-driven A-side, “It’s Not Enough,” marrying vivid Soul with vigorous elements of House, Tech, and Acid. Newcomer, Kaleena’s, vocals take center stage amidst the driving, dark force of Craig’s production, adding a bit of light to Craig’s characteristically shadowy tendencies.

Craig elaborates on discovering and working with Kaleena –

“I first came across Kaleena from an Instagram video where she was singing, and I thought if she sounds that good recorded on an Insta video, she would sound awesome on a record. She came in to record with a couple of rough melodies in mind, and in one afternoon we knocked out all the vocals. Working with her was super easy and fun.”

Following up the title track is the B-side, “Indicator,” which dives down deep into the acid-tinged depths. A rolling bassline leads the way throughout the late night Techno mover, complemented by a blend of haunting vocal ooh’s, incisive percussion, and echoing synth blasts that set a dusky scene on the heels of “It’s Not Enough.”

Incoming! Here we have a full premiere of a brand new remix from the UK's very own Maxxi Soundsystem. The south coast star has lent his talents to many a remix and edit in the past and now turns his attention to a track from San Francisco trio PillowTalk and we've managed to acquire the exclusive premiere ahead of its release next week!

Maxxi's remix is part of a special free package of reworked tracks from PillowTalk's excellent Je Ne Sais Quoi album, which was released last year. he gets stuck in to 'We All Have Rhythm' with aplomb, giving a good re-rub with plenty of vigour and funk. We spoke to PillowTalk's own Sammy D to get his opinion on the remix and here's what he had to say about it: "We're incredibly thrilled to have the man Maxxi Soundsystem remix 'We All Have Rhythm', hands down our favorite tune off our album Je Ne Se Quoi. Maxxi beefs it up for some serious club play by stripping away the melancholy pop appeal allowing him to take aim straight at the dance floor.  Hypezone City, sweat on the walls... 10 out of 10 banger alert!!".

Winner of 'Best Track Title' so far this year, we're very pleased to be able to present to you a full premiere of Gab Rhome's 'I've Changed My Scent For You'. This is a real gem of a track, in Gab's signature deep, emotive style and we're sure you're going to enjoy streaming it just as much as we've enjoyed playing it here at the Deep House London office for the past few days!

In case you're unfamiliar with Gab Rhome, he's been knocking around for a few years now and first came to our attention through his timeless '1990 As In Gold Was Born', which was released on Guy Gerber's Supplement Facts label via a compilation called Things Have Changed, in 2012. Since then he's had several key releases on labels such as Lee Burridge's All Day I Dream, Sasha's Last Night On Earth, Get Physical and Culprint to name but a few. His style rests at the deeper, more melodramatic end of house music and is perfect for those endless summer days that we're soon to be enjoying!

Gab new EP comes via the always trusty Anjunadeep label and features two other great tracks, 'Drifting' and 'Warm Days'. We can't recommend it highly enough and the track below is a perfect example of just how good it is. Gab worked tirelessly on the EP, spending much of his time and energy composing, arranging and even singing on the tracks himself so it's a labour of love, which is obvious when you listen to it.

The moment the sensational build up disperses into a chorus of the dynamic chord progression,  the heart melting piano work really delivers the final blow of the mind just succumbing to the tasty & vibrant sounds. Silk Royal is excited to welcome back 19 Hz, the Argentinian super duo of Dario Tello (a.k.a. Airdraw) and Rodrigo Deem, with the brand new single "Another Skin". 19 Hz's last release on Silk Royal, the Beatport hit "Round & Round," was voted "Web Vote Winner" on Above & Beyond's "Trance Around The World" and receive a litany of additional support, so we are especially excited to announce their return to our imprint. This single also comes equipped with brilliant new remixes by Dan & Sam and Blood Groove & Kikis.

19 Hz proved that they are quite capable of composing peak-hour dancefloor material with "Round & Round", but their offering here, "Another Skin", is a journey back to their more pensive and emotive progressive roots. The song kicks off with a house-y beat (highlighted by a snappy snare), brooding and layered pad, and melancholy arp line, all of which coalesce to create a deeply poignant atmosphere. A top line to the arp beings to develop: crystalline bell sounds, which soar above the track like an especially vivacious flock of birds. Meanwhile, the full-bodied pad begins to crescendo with "tidal" force, as the song approaches its midpoint. In the main break, we are treated to a series of achingly beautiful female vocal samples and wintry bell sounds, all of which lend additional emotional resonance to the tune.

Dan & Sam, fresh off their breakthrough hit "Breaking The Illusion" (#2 on the Beatport Trance Release chart for over a week), offer the first of two breathtaking interpretations. Hailing from the USA (Dan Sieg) and Australia (Sam Wilkinson), this exciting new duo offers a more upbeat take on the original, as their version jets out of the gate with a clubby kick and gut-busting rhythm. Yet, the emotive spirit of the original is not abandoned: a teaser mini-break early in the track reveals a moving new lead chord progression and arp line, as well as the very welcome inclusion of the original vox samples. The tune continues to pick up steam, leading into the main break, where a gorgeous new piano solo appears. Blood Groove & Kikis, who also appeared recently on Silk Royal as a winner of our "Wild At Heart" remix contest, are back with another atmospheric progressive masterpiece. Their track takes a slightly different approach, in that the song is infused with a more "romantic" and soothing spirit, in contrast to the melancholy and almost heart-breaking tones of the prior two mixes. A powerful groove is established early, as well as repeating chord, which eventually develops into a full, 4-bar motif. Also, the vocal samples bring additional melodic texture, as do the Sundriver-esque pads. Glorious new melodic variations appear in the break, including delicate guitar plucks and piano lines. With the arrival of the drop, the listener is submerged in full atmospheric prog splendor, courtesy of one of the finest new acts in the genre.

Silk Royal is excited to welcome back 19 Hz, the Argentinian super duo of Dario Tello (a.k.a. Airdraw) and Rodrigo Deem, with the brand new single "Another Skin". 19 Hz's last release on Silk Royal, the Beatport hit "Round & Round," was voted "Web Vote Winner" on Above & Beyond's "Trance Around The World" and receive a litany of additional support, so we are especially excited to announce their return to our imprint. This single also comes equipped with brilliant new remixes by Dan & Sam and Blood Groove & Kikis.

19 Hz proved that they are quite capable of composing peak-hour dancefloor material with "Round & Round", but their offering here, "Another Skin", is a journey back to their more pensive and emotive progressive roots. The song kicks off with a house-y beat (highlighted by a snappy snare), brooding and layered pad, and melancholy arp line, all of which coalesce to create a deeply poignant atmosphere. A top line to the arp beings to develop: crystalline bell sounds, which soar above the track like an especially vivacious flock of birds. Meanwhile, the full-bodied pad begins to crescendo with "tidal" force, as the song approaches its midpoint. In the main break, we are treated to a series of achingly beautiful female vocal samples and wintry bell sounds, all of which lend additional emotional resonance to the tune.

Dan & Sam, fresh off their breakthrough hit "Breaking The Illusion" (#2 on the Beatport Trance Release chart for over a week), offer the first of two breathtaking interpretations. Hailing from the USA (Dan Sieg) and Australia (Sam Wilkinson), this exciting new duo offers a more upbeat take on the original, as their version jets out of the gate with a clubby kick and gut-busting rhythm. Yet, the emotive spirit of the original is not abandoned: a teaser mini-break early in the track reveals a moving new lead chord progression and arp line, as well as the very welcome inclusion of the original vox samples. The tune continues to pick up steam, leading into the main break, where a gorgeous new piano solo appears.
