Chilled out ambient dub and experimental acoustic stuff, plus various other genre hopping experiments.

Creating the music is like a quest for another world, a journey, an extrapolation of what lies beyond ourselves, what we cannot say with words... Some may not understand what we are doing... But I don't want them to ride the deep paths of our consciousness... We are chameleons, we are the fog, shapeless forms... We are nothing but sounds... We are nothing.

Boston-based Kangaroo Court formed in 2010.  Members include Sean Caulfield (vocals), Tim McDonald (lead guitar), Spencer Ralph Meibos (drums/percussion), Mark Caulfield (bass) and Matt Justice(multi-instrumentalist). The extended Court family includes Christopher Gutierrez(Gold Light Hour) and original drummer Brian Kraby. In October 2012 they self-released, 'Meditation Gone Wrong,' a four-song EP recorded, mixed and mastered by Jesse Vengrove at the Record Company in Boston. The Court released their follow-up EP, 'Sioux Falls' in December 2013. The group has played at several Greater Boston venue's, including the Middle East, TT the Bear's, Midway Cafe, Johnny D's, Copperfield's, and PA's Lounge.
