DANKE SAARBRÜCKEN , es hat richtig spass gemacht auch wenn ich teilweise angst um meine hardware hatte. Den lappen mit dem ich nachträglich meine hardware von dem tropfenden schweiss der decke gesäubert hatte wird auf ebay versteigert :-p

Welcome to the Decoy Podcast, this is our 6th episode and the first in 2015. We welcome Italian producers Wirrwarr to the helm with a no messing straight up techno mix. Wirrwarr have been producing for the last few years and particularly enjoy the darker side of genre, they have releases on Micro.fon and Nulldreißig 030 which showcase their particular production style. Jan started producing electronic music at the age of 16. Especially fascinated by the harder and uncommon styles of music like Drum n’ Bass and underground Hardcore Jan didn’t take a long time to find his real passion: Hard and dark Techno. In order to present his favorite music and especially his own music to an audience he started DJing some time later. In 2007 he had his first chance to play his first gig on a newcomer-contest at Fusion- Club in Münster/Germany. Several gigs followed, especially in his former hometown Saarbrücken.

In the end of 2008 he published his first vinyl release “Turn Red” on Sven Wittekinds label Inflicted records, which became a great success and was played on events like nature one, mayday or syndicate by the most famous representers of the hard scene. Afterwards he released and remixed techno and hardtechno tracks on many more labels like Abstract, Frown, Distorted, Black Circus or Animasola and his tracks were featured on the most recent Techno-CD Compilations like the Syndicate-Compilation series, Schranz & Loops, The Best in Hardtechno, Decibel, Xtreme Hardtechno, Schranz Total or the Q-Base Compilation.

Receiving more and more attention for his tracks and his live-act performances which are combining his own style of dark, melodic and industrial atmospheres he is constantly playing in clubs all over europe and even played several times at events in south america (Venezuela and Colombia). He is also often part of festival-lineups representing the harder styles like Q-Base Festival, Nature One, Montagood, Ruhr in Love, Liberty White or Toxicator.

Mario White (bourgeois name Mario Zils) was born 1981 in Unna (Germany).
His concentrated passion for electronic beats started in the early 90´s and his first attempts based on that time.
In the year 2001 his efforts becomes recompenses, he gets the opportunity to be a resident mixing artist in the Future Club in Kiel (Germany), he was mixing in several styles, hardtrance and techno.
He was working about 24 months as resident mixing artist in the Future Club! 
Next step in his carrer as mixing artist was at the VIVA Musicclub in Kiel (Germany). He became there also the position as resident mixing artist. Nowadays he gets bookings for several events in all categories.
To his credentials belongs the Trauma GmbH-Kiel, the Docks - Hamburg, the Ocean Club – Büsum Terminal – Kiel , M-BIA - Berlin, MIKZ - Berlin , Atrium - Kiel for example.This is only a small compendium of a big list of his excellent references.
Since 2011 Mario White restructured his musical definition completly in a new justification with the sway in the spheres between techno until hardtechno. He is also introduced in live performances and nowadays he started creating and developing his own audio productions.

Mario White (mit bürgerlichem Namen Mario Zils) wurde 1981 in Unna geboren. Seine Leidenschaft zur elektronischen Musik entdeckte er schon in den frühen 90er Jahren und startete seine ersten Auflegeversuche. 
2001 wurden seine Bemühungen dann auch belohnt, er wurde mit seinem Hardtrance und Techno Sound Resident DJ im Future Club Kiel.
Dort verweilte er 2 Jahre und wurde darauf hin für weitere 2 Jahre Resident DJ im VIVA Musicclub Kiel. Von da an wurde er immer häufiger auf verschiedenen Events gebucht.
Unter anderem in der Traum GmbH - Kiel, Docks - Hamburg, Ocean Club – Büsum , Terminal – Kiel usw.
Seit 2011 hat er sich style technisch neu orientiert und arbeitet mit neuem Schwung im Bereich Techno und Hardtechno auch an Live-Sets und befasst sich mit der Produktion eigener Tracks.
