Through woozy bass lines and acidic leads comes our premiere for today. Hailing from Taiwan as a force de majeure, Vice City and her earworm-like melodies take center stage. All with an air of restraint, as if every element knows its place, and not to stray too far into the limelight. Contributing to those moments, only when it’s right, building and building, adding element after element until a crescendo comes.

Altered habitat and the rest of the 十​十​零​壹 compilation will be out on Jin, October 10th. Accompanied by stellar offerings from Initials B.B, and Ocram Orchestra to say the least.

Locally grown talent is on deck for today as we welcome SPF 50 aka Stephan Kimbel Olso a fellow New Yorker and stalwart fixture of the scene. Through his residency at the Bob & Shirley party series, and running Professional Music, his sound and curation are always near. 

Today’s premiere of ‘Grove Map’ is a delightfully twisted affair, as undulating synths create an auditory wormhole surrounding the listener as soaring pads beckon and beckon forth, welcoming listeners to another world. Or as the label states, ‘named after The Grove, a stage deep in the woods at New York's Sustain-Release festival, where portals have long been known to be opened.’

Grove Map, and in turn the rest of the ‘Social Life’ EP will be released on March 17th by Bliss Point, a local label, no stranger to Delayed, whom we’re always listening to closely for forward thinking releases.

Insatiable activist of french electronic scene, Combe is resident DJ at Macadam club, for Androgyne and is member of Input Selector and co-organizer of Goûtez Electronique open-air. He plays a mental cyclic techno, sometimes ravy, sometimes enlightened with deep vibes according to the context. 
20 years of mix have forged a rare finesse of play and a precise knowledge of European dancefloors, from the decks of About Blank and Griessmuehle (Berlin), Concrete (Paris), C12 (Brussels) and festivals Astropolis (Brest), Positive Education (St Etienne) or Paco Tyson and Scopitone (Nantes), among others.
