Born in April '86, Luca start his career buy his first vinyl in 2001.
He began by working as resident DJ for several Italian clubs and organizing parties as a member of the "Revolver" Crew,and also establishing his first productions with labels like Labella Recordings and Lapsus Music.
From 2017 to date he has released EPs for major labels including :
Children of Tomorrow, Uncage, Illegal Alien Records, Planet Rhythm and his music is played and supported by many international DJs such as Ben Klock,Rodhad, Chris Liebing, Amelie Lens, Richie Hawtin.
He has played alongside internationally renowned DJs such as Setaoc Mass, Fadi Mohem, Dustin Zahn, Brian Sanhaji, Tommy Four Seven, Stephanie Sykes, Arthur Robert & Rohdad in the best tuscany club and Italy.

Nacido en 1988, residente en la ciudad de Marco de Canaveses, Porto - Portugal. Navarro comenzó en el mundo de la música electrónica en 2008. Es un artista con experiencia en la industria de la música electrónica, un DJ/Productor inspirado en artistas de renombre mundial como Paco Osuna, Richie Hawtin, Ben Klock, Chris Liebing, Oscar Mulero, Lewis Fautzi entre otros. Su creatividad, valentía y búsqueda incansable de nuevas formas de expresión son algunas de sus principales y constantes virtudes a la hora de hacer música. En la pista de baile es inteligente, sofisticado y tiene un profundo conocimiento de la estética sonora. Cada sesión es importante para él, ya que se propone inventar y renovar cada vez que sube al escenario, con una elección abrumadora por la variedad y accesibilidad de la música electrónica que ofrece, donde la calidad es lo más importante y la experiencia íntima es inolvidable. En el estudio, dio forma a una firma musical al revestir los sonidos techno y minimalistas más puros con sus rasgos característicos: profundidad, textura, líneas de bajo uniformes e inconfundibles, oscuridad e imaginación, siempre acentuadas por su creatividad e innovación, sin dejar de lado centra su energía en el mundo de la música. 23.4 is a techno/dub techno project from Bertrand Jacquet who is a producer from Lille, north of France, with more than 10 years of experience producing music.
He has started the 23.4 project in 2020 by releasing music on various compilations on the respected Insectorama, Pragmat, or Axaminer labels. 
Lately, he has focused his sounds on fast Dub Techno and has released EPs on Berlin's imprints Entourage Concept and Virgo, on Spain's reference to deep and dubby techno music, Sungate records and on Georgian's label DifferentSound
