MOTVS means movement in the ancient latin language, and that's the main goal that Leonardo and 
Claudio want to achieve with this project: make the people move. Since their first release in 2019 the 
duo has emerged as one of the most promising acts in today’s techno scene. Both guys come from 
Rome, a city that has heavily influenced their musical backgrounds, starting from the early rave scene 
across the beginning of the century. Starting out as party lovers, they visited some of the most important
clubs in the city, and few months later they both started djing in a small club and there has started their 
friendship. Since their ideas and musical tastes were in the same line, the next step was clear: make their
own music... so MOTVS was born. Of course they took their time, patiently refining their skills as djs and 
producers, they were able to create their own style, till their productions were noticed to several labels 
like Autektone Codex IAMT and Reload Records, and simultaneously they started to get support from big
names like Joseph Capriati, Spartaque, T78, Oliver Heldens, HI-LO, Greenjack and Nusha, just to name a 
few. Nowadays the MOTVS name can be seen regularly on most of the top techno charts, and this is only
the begin: with tons of tracks constantly in the making, the path has been set: MOTVS is here to stay.

It's been a long time coming but we finally decided to share one of our recorded live sets from the past few months. And what better than our first show back following the Covid hiatus than our set at the awesome Verknipt Festival 2021. This was a special one for us to be back in front of a packed festival crowd and is jammed full with our latest creations and studio bangers. We hope you enjoy!

Veerus has been providing high-quality electronic dance music to clubs from all over the planet. And there he is touring and “rocking the decks” to the present day achieving year after year a larger global recognition. With such an impressive pedigree under his belt, this Venetian guy sets out to blast dance floors with an eclectic and edgy sound crossing between muscled Tech House and sparkling Techno music.

His skills, in the studio and on the DJ booth, are always in continuous evolution.

Being part of the iconic Drumcode team with a lot of releases on the label, the last years have been certainly the most productive for Veerus.

His track 'Heavy' was on the Beatport podium for more than 2 months and became one of the 10 best-selling techno tracks after 5 months and remained in the Techno Top 100 for a year! 

During these years, he also made releases on Terminal M, Truesoul, Octopus, and Filth On Acid reaching the top 10 techno of Beatport at the same time with 2 tracks several times.

In 2007 he joined the forces with Maxie Devine and in a few years, they signed remixes for an impressive handful of top artists including Fatboy Slim and Steve Angello, just to name a few…

His other hit tunes include “My Beat”, "The Sound”, “Cars” released on Suara, and “My Train” on his own label Le Club. All of those have collected thousands of downloads from the major online digital music platforms, including 3 tracks on Beatport’s top 10, at the same time in 2014.

“My Beat” actually is going to reach 13 million views on Youtube and it’s for sure one of the most wanted Tech House track on the planet. We can’t also forget the iconic set by Solomun at Bolier Room (Tulum) when he dropped “My Train”. On top of that, during the DJ MAG poll, he got a nomination by Sasha as Best Producer in 2008, which testifies to his growing popularity.

Mattia Saviolo, main head of the acclaimed Italian duo Macromism, has been a vibrant force in the electronic music scene since 2008. The Berlin-based DJ-producer, with his dynamic sets, has electrified top venues and festivals around the world, including Brazil's Zoominimal Festival, The Egg in London, Sisyphos in Berlin, and several tours across India and the USA.
