Percussionista da Nação Zumbi faz referências ao manguebeat em álbum de estreia

De todos os projetos paralelos que os integrantes da Nação Zumbi engendraram, o mais recente, Combo X, é o que mais carrega a tradição do manguebeat. Gilmar Bolla 8 faz valer os dogmas dos primórdios de sua banda principal. Ouvir A Ponte, primeiro álbum em que Bolla 8 deixa a alfaia de lado para assumir o comando dos vocais, é, em grande parte, rememorar Chico Science & Nação Zumbi. Faixas como “Rei Urbano” e “Rua do Condor” funcionam como homenagens implícitas ao antigo parceiro e pontuam versos com referências sociogeográficas. Peixinhos, Rio Doce e várias quebradas de Olinda pouco familiares ao público forasteiro ganham um encanto es- pecial quando o Combo X coloca em música o modus vi- vendi de lá. Bolla 8 demorou para gerar o trabalho, mas conseguiu aliar amizades antigas, como BiD, que coproduziu Afrociberdelia, e Bactéria, antigo integrante do Mundo Livre. Há momentos fascinantes, como em “Ciranda” e as cordas que fizeram fama no Cordel do Fogo Encantado com Clayton Barros (atualmente na banda Os Sertões). E em “Vou de Trem”, hit instantâneo se o mercado musical fosse algo sensato. Como as genuínas listas de melhores do ano costumam não se importar para previsões mercadológicas, há boas chances de A Ponte figurar em muitas delas em 2013.

Some years passed and plastic arts drew attention for a while until it came into contact with another art, also in the visual field: Photography.
He was recognized as a photographer, the result of a mixture that marked his formation and also promotes a work that contributes to the construction of his identity: the dialogue between sounds and images. With Photography she was able to put together the money she needed to buy every electronic and technical device to join her camera records.
Today it has a double personality: it divides the heart between Music and Photography. In fact, Adolfo became known as DJ Sonteria Songs and nowadays not only touches the terror but also subdivides in branches that go from the record of the mangroves to the sound pumps of nitroglycerin.
