Leave the Bathroom Light On for Santa

It's finally here! The 2025 holiday mix is out. This is a tradition that goes back decades.  Like most Xmas mixes it begins with a DJ Tenderloin track, and then we're off and running!   Christmas on The Planet of the Apes is of course a nod to the 5 mix series that I released this year on Mixcloud, all inspired by the original Planet of the Apes (movies, TV, cartoon, etc. - the OG - oh and thanks for the shout out Boing Boing!)   I have to send Mele Kalikimaka out to our friend Suzanne for letting us stay at her place in Honolulu (and the use of her car!) and to our friends in SF - Brian & Mary Jo for letting us crash there en route!  And as always a big thanks to Jon Solomon at WPRB - many things you hear in this mix I discovered listening to his 25 Hour Christmas Music Marathon (!) on WPRB - now in it's 38th year!   Lots of good stuff on this year's mix - and really nothing sums up this current administration like "No Room at the Inn".  We gotta save this country y'all!
