Episode 31 of the CommaCast Series lands from London based after party magician DaeL.

Impressing us with his mix for Paralanguage, displaying a fine selection of deep rollers and intrusive soundscapes we only felt appropriate to get his style on our series. We love these styles of mixes where it really gets into your head and floats you away to a dark, misty warehouse space, DaeL's does just that. Imaginary Berlin smoked up dark rave here we come...!

No strangers to the underground scene, the brothers have crafted a name for themselves synonymous with the highest standard of DJ’s around London and beyond. Those who have had the pleasure of witnessing their sets will be very aware of their unique style and organic synergy behind the booth. 

Hackney born and New Zealand raised, the brothers embarked on their musical journeys before some of us even knew what music was. Since then they have created a sound unique to themselves and is evident to see in their sets. 

Becoming regular names amongst the London scene playing at the likes of HOME back in May 2019 and just recently where they shared the bill with artists such as Raresh & SIT; as well as warming up for Rhadoo at the well renowned party Half Baked. They hold residency’s with one of London’s favourite parties Goosebumps as well as the exciting new party Ogenblik.

The boys have been kind enough to provide us with the latest mix for our iQast series - what better way to get excited for the weekend than to get a little taster of what Timoti will be bringing the party! 

They will be warming things up from 9pm - we advise getting down early as their set isn’t one to be missed!

His label Dream Dancing label was born out of joe’s love for the more emotive side of music, not defined by genre, but soul, of which can always be felt within his mixes and production. You can expect lots more to come from the Northampton based artist and the label in 2022 and beyond…

For Chapter 17 of our podcast series we are welcoming a close friend of ours from Italy - Lorenzo. Magnetic first met Lorenzo when partying at Supermarket Club in Zurich and struck a connection straight away, 

Last November we went out to visit Lorenzo and the crew for his party Brich, which was held in a beautiful castle just outside of Turin. Brich is developing into one of the stand out parties on the scene in Italy and Europe, combining special locations and standout lineups with likeminded people throughout. This summer our residents Owen and Ben, ventured over to Turin, to play at a Brich party which became one of the standout weekends of our summer.

Lorenzo is an extremely talented artist  and we are hugely grateful that he has recorded 90 minutes of delicate grooves and rhythms for the series. We look forward to inviting Lorenzo and Brich over to the UK at some point in the near future to connect back on the dancefloor.
