𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐌𝐈𝐂𝐀 radio show gets raw 𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 hosting Venetian producer 𝐓𝐋𝐗𝐂𝐎 for a selection, along with the crew residents 𝐐𝐛𝐢𝐤 and 𝐃𝐚𝐛𝐛𝐨 - warming up for their club night at Colorificio Kroen on Saturday night.

RITMICA 013 with Tlxco

Some time ago, we had the pleasure of being invited to dig through the 100,000 vinyl records held in Lyon's municipal library, and put together a selection of 15 tracks for broadcast on Tsugi Radio.
We'd have loved to spend several days exploring these shelves, even if they weren't specialised in power electronics, acid house or ebm. There was mostly classical music and mainstream pop/rock artists. Librarians stopped buying records and adding to the collection towards the end of the 80s.
But we still made some interesting finds and came across some of our own classics.
So listeners can expect mostly 80s post-punk hits mixed with a few obscure tracks of poorly produced old French punk rock, for the initiated 🐔

After his appearances in Belligerans and Electric Program II, Hannibal makes a return to GRTW with his first solo LP, The Lost City. This groundbreaking album offers a compelling soundscape where noise and melodies blend seamlessly, inviting listeners into a unique sonic journey.

From the bustling squares of Istanbul to the subways of Berlin, The Lost City explores a spectrum of sounds through 15 tracks of pure abstract industrial music. Distortions, resonances, oscillators, and analog filters set the stage for oriental atmospheres and echoes of conflict—no longer distant—as the LP captures the realities of war and social injustice.

This journey starts from Berlin and seeks to embrace all the sisters and brothers who are victims of social injustice and the infamy of war, is not just music; it’s a call to awareness and solidarity, conveyed through the use of synths and drum machines.
