For this new episode of tentacular, we are happy to host Lastvuska, co-creator, curator and resident of pioneer French collective and party series @hors-sol and @outrebleu. 

Lastvuska emerges as a mysterious maestro, DJ and producer. He navigates in-between atmospheric, dub and organic sounds with sets that will pull you into the hypnotic realms of trance, techno, and ambient—sensitive selections that become portals to unseen dimensions.

For this mix, he weaved together a tapestry of music that merges deep atmospheres, organic textures, and entrancing sounds. Combining recent productions with tastefully selected tunes from past generations, creating a seamless blend of old and new. 

Hook yourself to this musical journey that showcases Lastvuska's genuine knack to curate distinctive sonic experiences. Kairogen is a DJ and producer from Glasgow, Scotland. In the two years she has been active as a DJ she has played some of the UK’s biggest clubs and festivals, including a residency with Slam’s Return To Mono at Sub Club, as well as supporting acts such as Avalon Emerson and Perc. 

A background of working in clubs and an education in visual arts has shaped Kairogen’s approach to playing and making music, enjoying textural rhythms and emotive melodies. Kairogen’s style can vary from ambient pieces through to house and techno - preferring to choose in the moment what seems fitting for the context and time rather than subscribing to a particular genre. Previous releases have been on labels such as Soma Records and deep techno label Space Textures.

For this 16th instance, we continue with an outstanding trip by arooo, where he brings mystical athmospheres merging into one other, embodying the true meaning of a reverie. Implementing multi-dimensional and texturized sounddesign in a subtle manner, his deep selection and entrancing rythms provide an introspective state of mind.
