Bogomil Gets Shot

You step into the neon-lit arcade, the hum of machines and the glow of screens pulling you in. Rows of classic arcade cabinets line the room, each promising a new challenge. You pick your favorite game, fingers poised on the joystick and buttons, heart racing with anticipation.

Level after level, you dodge pixelated enemies, rack up points, and feel the thrill of near victories. The crowd around you fades as you focus, lost in the digital world where every move counts. But as the final boss appears, your reflexes falter just a bit, and the inevitable happens—game over.

You stand up, a mix of satisfaction and frustration washing over you. The neon sign above flickers: "GAME OVER." Yet, you know you'll be back, ready to play again, chasing that elusive high score.

Game Over

The shiny black beetle, a traveler so grand,
Was heading back home across the land.
His long journey done, the day's tasks complete,
He walked on the pavement, a triumphant feat.
He reached his small burrow, a welcome sight,
And nestled within, for the coming night.
His travels now over, his spirit released,
The little black beetle was finally at peace.
