The DIRTYBIRD crew havent even had time to take their counsellor uniforms to the dry cleaners post-Campout, but already theyre dishing out more bulletproof slabs of future-flexed acid house.

Will Clarke mans the controls: Making his Dirtybird debut in January with "Badness" on DIRTYBIRD 10, follwing up with "The Boogie Woogie" EP and lazer-snapping "808Frenzy" on "DIRTYBIRD BBQ - Grill$ons Revenge" collection, the bristly Bristol-based spandex enthusiast has enjoyed a beautiful summer with releases on Defected, Emerald City and Turbo and unforgettable shows across the US, Australia and Europe.

Returning to the label with the bulbous two-track EP "Turn It Up," Clarke does just that: Writhing in carnal groove simplicity, he taps into the roots of timeless, low-down, butt-wriggling house music with three obscene examples of strong-armed tech funk. "Can You Funk" punches with Breach-level hookiness, and Turn It Up does the loopy-loop with Dirtybirds trademark vocal trippiness. 

Keep it turned: Will Clarke has been one of 2015s most exciting and authentic house music success stories. We can thank DIRTYBIRD for that. Stay tuned for more very soon...

Will Clarke - Can You Funk

Back in 2015 the bearded Dirtybird Player, Will Clarke, needed a secret weapon for some of his festival gigs for the Summer. He sampled the ghetto house legend, DJ Funk, who made an appearance on Dirtybird back in 2013 for the Kill Frenzy smash, “Make That Booty Clap”. Will passed it on to the rest of the Dirtybird crew, and before we knew it the track took a life of it’s own and quickly became one of the most requested tracks, even to this day. 

Will ended up linking with DJ Funk himself, and they turned what was a quick bootleg into a full blown collaboration and Ladies & Gentlemen, “Booty Percolatin’” is officially here and our Debut Transmission for today!

It might be hard to believe that it's been two years since we received an original production from the maestro, but thankfully, the drought has finally come to an end with his brand new collaborative EP called 'Works Well With Others'. The first to arrive is his work with Will Clarke - a bearded and beloved rising star of the eclectic label - on a track called 'Tiny Tambourine'. Although the title says 'Tiny', there's no denying the bumping power of this brand new, classically thumping VonStroke tune.
