I became aware of Laniz from Tel Aviv when I got their promo on GND Records, the track 'Apart' immediately appealed to me and I've been playing it in my sets for weeks. What does techno look like in its purest form? Clear in its structure. Credible in its message. With an insistent beat in the background. With its heart in the right place.
