It's been a while since we've put out some music huh? Well we apologize for that. We've been growing at such a fast rate and we had to put our focus on to other avenues within Soulection to make this the best platform possible for many years to come. 

With that said, we are sooooo excited to bring your attention to a new artist who you most likely have never heard of (that's about to change) from Wales, UK. We were put on to this talented individual by our friend @helios5th when we first traveled to London back in May. Something about PYRMD's sound just captured us instantly. It's very unique and his melodies just capture your mind like your favorite incense.

PYRMDPLAZA is currently attending the University of Wales and is studying 'Creative Sound and Music'. He uses Ableton but started off with FLStudio. PYRMD started making music about 6-7 years ago and created privately for many years until the beginning of this year when he realized that he wanted to showcase his music. He definitely made the right choice otherwise we wouldn't be here at this very moment. Goes to show you how important social media is and how simply hitting "upload" can change your whole life by connecting with the world.

Another great show full of amazing music from all over the world. I did this show from my hotel room in San Diego, shouts to Siene for helping me out. I got back after our Soulection event at club AD in downtown and put together this diverse track list of gems. I was limited on turn tables but still made it work. It's been a pleasure watching my good friend Esta progress into the artist he is today. I remember when I first met him he didn't say much but a few words and now he's one of the funniest people I know. The past few times he came on the show to drop a DJ set were brief and were never focused on him. This time it's all about him.

We sat down at the beach in Point Loma, San Diego at The Sunset Cliffs to talk about what's on his mind. He opened opened up what it's been like traveling the world, how his Boiler Room set changed a lot for him, his meme game, and when to expect his next album, and much more.

I also premiered a new single "Ends" from @iamjmsn's forthcoming 'Blue' album. We'll be back next week with another great guest! Spread this one to your people.
