For the areas of RUDE RUNNER. They'll be based on the theory that the Dark Worlds in Deltarune are based on the areas in Undertale, but in reverse order.
As such, the Ruins are replaced with a hypothetical Shelter Dark World.
The Safe Haven used to be full of Titan Spawns, but with the power of all Darkners combined, they were able to banish all of them away, even without a Human Soul. Thus, almost ironically, the area was named Safe Haven.
