This song really came about because of people like Chester Bennington, Chris cornell, Robin Williams. Amazing artists and gave me great joy in what they did. 

The 2nd part of verse one is because of an interview I watched with Chester and he said something along the lines 'when I'm in my head, its a dangerous place to be and not good to be alone'... so this is dedicated  in memory in some messed up way to them.

This song was recorded on a TASCAM DR-05X on the 19th April 2025 at the Con Club in Lewes. We are planning to release a studio version at some point, but in the meantime here’s a live version. One thing to note is that in practices we never play the same version twice. The first three minutes are fairly well structured, however as it goes on it turns into a jam session, and I pleased to say we followed the same free flowing format at the Con Club, we simply had some fun. Just to mix it up a bit an enthusiastic female vocalist joined us from the audience.
