Animal Trainer Remix on ''Future Light'' is my next choice, il ike more this bass addicted Remix than the Bugsy’s New View which sounds like is coming from Down Under...

The original mix is a well crafted masterpiece with a great bland of darkness, atmosphere and heavy drums. Watch out after the breakdown when it really hits you.

The Moe Turk remix brings abit more melody into the calculation but keeps the most important parts and make it more uptempo.

Framewerk remix goes really deep, almost scaling off the vocals totally and give the treatment of warmth and soulfulness to feeling of euphoria.

Exclusive: Superpitcher - Lush Life feat. Fantastic Twins

He’s back. He’s back with some lush music. He’s back with his Lush Life single. Aksel Schaufler alias Superpitcher, a Kompakt mainstay, the co-label head of Hippie Dance, one part of the Pachanga Boys and known as the ambassador of the golden rave days, debuts on the Live At Robert Johnson label with a two tracker as golden as the twelve ravey chapters he’s put out on his own label. Lush Life, the EP’s eponymous track, features French-Berliner Fantastic Twins’ for the vocals, and comes in as Superpitcher-esque on the one hand and quite different on the other. The almost ten minute lasting track is probably a typical Superpitcher feature, what is new though, is the selection of sounds and the result in general. Aksel created an utterly atmospheric take, which flows by as fast as the rave-days, and takes its listeners back to the days when Francois K delivered dubby House music takes per excellence, just like Superpitcher does now himself. Peaceful almost spiritual and endearing are traits that describe the emotional components the track evokes in its listeners with a Julienne Dessagne, Fantastic Twins real name, delivering those charming vocals that hunt you through the night and over the floors.

Superpitcher's single Lush Life will be released on Live At Robert Johnson on February 18th, 2022.

Christian Prommer’s album „Übermood“ was already remixed by Dinky, Alex Niggemann and Sascha Braemer earlier this year. Here comes another fine remix package, including the long awaited magnificient Jon Charnis Remix for Marimba, a gleamy peak-time monster remix by Animal Trainer and a splendid deep re-interpretation by Bugsy.

After years of producing music under various guises, Jon Charnis found his true calling in the slower, darker, and deeper spheres of House music. The re-invention manifested beyond music as the former DC native relocated to the city of Los Angeles while launching his new moniker (his actual birth name). From then on it didn't take long for him to make an impression. His track 'Prophecy' was spotted by Innervisions boss Dixon, who signed the track to his prestigious Berlin based label after road testing it at some of the world's premier parties. He followed this up with an official remix of Art Department's Burning Man anthem, ‘Robot Heart’ on No.19 records, a collaboration with production partners Lovecraft and Prab K. The streak continued with releases on more top labels including Supernature, All Day I Dream, and Leftroom Records.

Both children of the illustrious nightlife of trend capital Zurich, Adrian Flavor and Samy Jackson, aka Animal Trainer released their first tracks on Stil vor Talent in the form of ‘Talkshow’ in 2008. Since then, Animal Trainer have had releases on renowned labels such as Poker Flat, BEEF Records, FLASH, Dantze, as well as their own Hive Audio, on which they always strike a remarkable balance between tight grooves, infectious hooks and a whole lot of L.O.V.E.. Where other producers might rest on a well-tested formula, Adrian and Samy focus on remaining versatile, just like when DJing. Hence, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that lately the atmospheric ‘Sunday’ rubbed shoulders with peak time bomb ‘Krambambuli’ – perhaps even in one of their DJ sets.

Despite living in the techno capital, it was actually during a trip to Munich that Anna was introduced to the world of electronic music. It was here that she discovered the exotic sounds of house music, which proved to be a turning point for her musical journey. She was captivated by the diverse sub-genres within house music, and it became a defining characteristic of her style - constantly diving and resurfacing through a multitude of sub-genres.

After falling in love with the endless possibilities of house music, Anna began DJing in 2012 to share the tracks she had collected and built up over the years. Her goal was to create immersive experiences and take her listeners on unique journeys through her sets. With a passion for music that runs deep, Anna continues to explore and experiment with new sounds, always striving to evolve and push the boundaries of what's possible within electronic music!
