Francis Inferno Orchestra is Griffin James, a young and talented DJ and music producer from Melbourne. He released various 12"s on labels like Let's Play House, Wolf Music and FINA to name just a few. We believe that he could become a major player of this scene as his musical skillz and his sounds impressed us.

On this 12" he shows us two different sides of his output. The soulful „Amber Express“ could be an hommage to Moodymann's excellent work, similar to "You're The One" whereas "Dreamtime" and "Dusty Echoes" refer more to the Dub and Techno influenced corner of dance music. We were simply overwhelmed by this tracks and the reactions we had, playing them out was great.

Anyway, listen and decide yourself, we hope you enjoy it too.

With a careful curation of talents who share our vision for innovative, emotionally resonant music, we are proud to present Wukah’s „Spiralformig“ EP.
Hailing from Cork, Ireland, Gavin (aka Wukah) is an educator of young, eager minds by day, and a keen raver by night.
Classically trained in piano and with a background in short film scoring, his music takes influences from cinematic music, and he likes to incorporate film music samples and ideas into the progressive/melodic house format to make music which is deep, melodic, and very emotive and occasionally emotionally overwhelming!
For his new „Spiralformig“ EP, Wukah has decided to fuse his usual progressive, melodic sound with a slightly more left-field, euro-electronic sensibility in his sound design, and is also bringing in a lot of personal story into the production. The story that runs through the 3 tracks speaks to a succession of personal challenges faced at a crucial turning point. For instance, the spiraling synth arps in the breakdown of the titular track „Spiralformig“ speak to a life spiralling out of control, and being left in an unresolved emotional state. The progressive movement and spiraling synths of „Suchen“ speak to the sense of searching for a new identity as a person in the wake of dramatic changes in life. The slow pace of „Slow Down“ followed by a select few moments of dramatic rises followed by sudden edits into quiet speak to the feeling of escalating desperation to resolve emotional issues instantly, but accepting the reality of having to slow down and to allow processing to take its time.
Wukah has releases on multiple underground labels, and is slowly building a name for himself in the London progressive house raving scene, gaining a lot of interest from significant labels, so is one to watch.

When the demo of ‘Scorpio Rising’ landed in our office, we knew immediately: this has to be released in the summer! A hook is a hook is a hook. And what Lannakise sang into the mic for LOPEZHOUSE is definitely a big hook with barbs that sticks in your head. A pristine pop house masterpiece from the La Mancha native. Our homie Jonathan Kaspar takes care of primetime in his usual skilful and efficient manner. Embedded in his precision groove work, Lannakise’s angelic vocals will certainly trigger many moments of sweet, ecstatic disorientation.
