A fantasy just turned into Reality. It’s being a while since Javier, Jon, Asier, Mikel, Jonathan and Aitor put their minds together and decided to start this adventure. Now after three years from the first Vinyl release, they are putting together a compilation with some highlights inside. Friends and idols like Permanent Vacation, Daniel Bortz, Kasper Bjørke, Ian Pooley, Matthias Vogt, Till Von Sein or one of the owners from the label El_Txef_A do their appearance in this release. Church label boss Seb Wildblood lends his talents to Omena Records for a mini LP with a cheeky title of ‘:~^’, featuring the soothing house sound of ‘Wet Summer’.

With grainy atmospherics, Wildblood lays the foundation for a steady house rhythm and melodic riffs highlighted by whimsical tones and subtle vocals. He’s been known to produce a variety of styles and ‘Wet Summer’ seems to broaden his output. 

Mixmag reached out to Wildblood who described the process of producing the mini LP: “This is a collection of tracks I've been working on over the last year or so, most of the music I produce and also release on the labels has a nostalgic feel to it, this record is no different. Hopefully there's something for every occasion, the club, cooking dinner, walking the dog... that's the hope anyway.”

Seb Wildblood’s ‘:~^’ LP is set for release in the coming months via Omena Records.
