FTMTE (Fear That Makes The Empire) began at the turn of 2008, to bring a fresh sound combining many genres like Industrial, Ambient, Dark Electro and others intertwined with eachother. The lyrical foundation of FTMTE represents the spectrum of emotions people go through and political awareness as to how governments brainwash the masses.

This music has a mind and soul to it, bringing in passionate synths and strings, complex soundscapes, dark beats, melodic sounds and meaningful lyrics to tie it all together.

FTMTE shows the fear people and empires are built upon--through music, lyrics and melody.

In 2010, Amanda officially joined FTMTE to incorporate a more evocative feel with intense female vocals

Friends and fans I will be gone starting Feb 20th 2015 for 7 years in a state pen for crimes I didn't do. I guess someone has to be a scapegoat. thanks for all your support over the years, I am packing the studio up to dust it off again one day.
