Undoubtedly one of the most influential figures in the Spanish electronic scene since the early '90s. Elesbaan (@elesbaan1975) is best known for his residency at the iconic Soma Experimental Club in Madrid. There, he perfected his craft and played a pivotal role in shaping the national techno scene, bringing legendary artists to the capital for the first time and, most importantly, helping cultivate a genuine club culture. Volvemos con la saga Microm Podcast y lo hacemos con un viejo conocido de los tiempos de Myspace que es donde recuerdo la primera vez que vi algo de este artista multidisciplinar, DJ, Escritor y Diseñador Gráfico.

Uno de sus logros más destacados es haber sido anfitrión de un programa de radio durante más de 10 años, un espacio esencial para difundir y apoyar la cultura electrónica local. Su pasión por la música también lo llevo a escribir numerosas críticas en Electro Alliance y Electric Kingdom (R.I.P. Santino) consolidándose como una voz reconocida dentro de la comunidad electro.

Como diseñador, Chris ha colaborado con sellos como New Flesh Records, Rave Or Die, Zodiak Commune, Shipwrec y Fundamental Bass Intelligence. 

Además, es el responsable del programa Sound Chemistry.

Born and raised in northern France, Tyler Smith discovered the unique sound of acid and was immediately captured by the hypnotic vibe that emanated from the music during the end of the 1980’s.
He found himself seduced and consumed by this wave of electronic music and fell in love with the German melodic trance style labels such as Eye-Q, Platipus and Superstition.
Having followed dance music in all its forms throughout the 1990’s, he started DJ’ing and by the turn of the millennium, he started to develop a taste for the more underground techno sound which was coming out of England, Germany & Detroit.
Tyler Smith had always wanted to be involved with radio broadcasts and this ambition kicked off in earnest when he started playing regularly on the ‘Tuesday Session’ show, broadcast on the very popular Radio Campus (Lille/France), which was run by Dimitri Pike (Mirage/Matrix/Subject Detroit).
Spurred on by the development of increased exposure through radio he started honing his skills in music production. This brought about more exposure for his music mission and by 2004 Tyler was performing on key profile dance music stations in France and the Netherlands. From 2006 to 2012, he managed the ‘Interstate 94’ show with Erell Ranson & Pedro Cali for the famous Livesets.com webradio. This was quickly followed by the aptly named ‘B-Side Show’ which showcased the darker, offbeat & industrial sounds.
In 2006 Tyler’s finally realized the goal of having his debut vinyl release which was in collaboration with Bionic on French label ‘Audiocrash’. This was quickly followed by several upstanding digital releases on various labels.
Over the years, Tyler’s side to the music has become darker & more industrial, which in turn has led to the birth of his most acclaimed project : Black Smith Craft, with music released on labels including Pohjola, Limetree, UTCH rec., Ante-rasa, Bass pressure...
Since 2008, Tyler has played in various events across Europe alongside artists like Kr!z, the 65d mavericks, Bas Mooy, DJ Toki, DJ Boss, Bionic, Dimitri Pike, Arrestar, Sean Matters, Systemic, Victor Martinez, Phase, James Jaymal, Innercystem…
After more than 25 years acting for underground techno music, Tyler keeps on spreading the word about tasty electronic music with a radio show related to techno and electro on Fnoob (Empty space podcast) and a series of offbeat and industrial podcast under his Black Smith Craft alias on ARP radio.

Electroweak, also known as darth, is a DJ and producer from Yerevan’s club scene. A resident of Diaries, he’s part of a collective championing emerging talent from Armenia’s creative underground. His sound is a fluid blend of different shades of electronic music, always pushing the boundaries of experimentation.

Under his main alias, Electroweak, he delivers breaks and electro sets, merging rich melodies with intricate synth textures. For him, digging and set preparation are meditative rituals, but once he steps behind the decks, every performance becomes its own kind of ceremony.

Scott McKay, also known as Fear-E, is a DJ and producer based in Glasgow. He specialises in jacking house, techno, and electro, drawing inspiration from the raw early sounds of Chicago, Detroit, and the UK. Additionally, his work as Breakbeat Energy showcases a blend of breakbeat, jungle, and hardcore music influenced by the 90s and early 2000s UK rave scenes. 

Scott has built an impressive discography, releasing music on respected labels such as Dixon Avenue Basement Jams and Dark Entries. He also runs his own label, Posh End Music, which is dedicated to releasing high-quality electronic music that pays homage to his roots. Recently, he founded another outlet, sister label Breakbeat Energy, focusing on all forms of music that stem from the hardcore-oriented spectrum.

Over the past decade, Scott has delivered impactful DJ sets across various venues and festivals in the UK and further afield. He has made guest appearances on several radio shows and has received airplay on BBC Radio 1, 6 Music, and Rinse FM, with his tracks featured in Radio 1's Essential Mix multiple times. His productions have been supported by prominent artists including Dave Clarke, Ben Sims, The Hacker, Randomer, Jerome Hill, Marcel Dettmann, James Ruskin, Bloody Mary, Paul Woolford, Skream, Leftfield, and the late, great Andrew Weatherall.

Originally from Paris, SOD-90 started producing alongside his studies as a flutist at the renewed university of classical music from Berlin.

I began to notice SOD-90's productions in recent years, with a distinct fusion of electro, industrial sounds and breakbeat all wrapped up into a lovely big warped bundle of mayhem. My particular favorite is his mesmerizing 'Saving Up For Botox' on Co-Accused records. It really is a monster track!

He has released on other great labels such as Avoidant, Strange But Dance Music and Bipolar Disorder and just might be featuring on Warehouse Manifesto Records in the near future!

I have also been enjoying his DJ mixes which incorporate lots of nasty breakbeats alongside electro and techno. Check out his mix for Strange But Dance Music - it's killer!
