As a DJ, I combine the relentless sound of hypnotic techno with my original research in metaphysics in order to transform philosophical ideas into a sonic experience of mind-body synergy. 

Inspired by the elusive relation between mind and matter, I take the perspective of neutral monism: that, at the most fundamental level of existence there is only one thing, and it is neither physical nor mental but rather constitutes the a priori dimension of possibility from which all reality derives.

My audio project 'Organic Technique' demonstrates an original method of recording raw vocals to create multifunctional DJ tools with no production whatsoever. Intended to be mixed directly in DJ sets, the raw samples are recorded by interdisciplinary vocalists exploring concepts in metaphysics, neuroscience, and linguistics.

Alongside, I specialise in fine art analogue photography, which has been featured as cover art by Codecast, Johan Sebastian, and on Freddy K’s Krzrzrz radio show – consolidated in my print exhibition series 'Fundamentals'. My ongoing DJ portrait series 'Naturalism' aims to converge aesthetics, sound, and semantics through synesthetic states of mind, using an original dynamic portraiture process. 

Finally, following 3 years of concept writing for releases on Platform 22, I continue to create original concepts for my mix releases and independent projects on www.fradkin.nl.

LX4 is a Canadian Producer and DJ based on Vancouver Island. Growing up he listened to a variety of what he heard on the radio and what his parents showed him, until 2009 when he discovered dubstep on Youtube. From then on most of his free time was used soaking up dance music into his earholes. In 2021 after 12 years of listening, he began producing his own beats using FL studio, inspired at this time by Hip-Hop superstar Playboi Carti and his producers. 4 years later LX4 is making emotional pieces of dance(able) music that are more than just danceable, they explore themes of melancholy and triumph. As a DJ, LX4's sets are chock full of culturally bodied and rhythmically spicy tracks from mesmerizing minimal techno all the way through to full-ass synthetic symphonies, complimented by earworm Hip-Hop verses & trap synthesis, guaranteed to get your head moving, and your soul grooving.
